LOCATION! The Inn is a 20 minute walk to the historical part of the city--right over the Bridge of Lions. It's also across the street from O'Steen's! The neighborhood behind the Inn is also good for walking. Room was comfortable; there was an eating table. Very helpful to have a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot in the room. We were able to buy fruit, etc. to supplement our breakfast. Good coffee provided by hotel where breakfast food is offered.

Breakfast was mainly bagels and muffins. So, lots of carbs. Coffee packets provided in the room did not make coffee strong enough!

Good location! Near to many good restaurants. There are a really good Mexican restaurant and a brewery next to the hotel. Llama restaurant is pretty close too. It is a Peruvian food restaurant. It is amazing! The hotel is very simple but it is very well organized and quiet. It is a good choice for a low budget and to have a good sleeping night after a beach day.

The pool is too small. The room is a little outdated, but nothing that can be bad for your stay. Just enjoy!

Check in was easy and the room and surrounding area was clean. Parking lot was small and a little tight, but parking was free which was nice. It was very centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do there. It's on a somewhat busy road but the road noise was minimal. The refrigerator worked well and there was a microwave and coffeemaker in the room as well.

The beds could have been more comfortable as it felt like we were sleeping on the box springs. It's an older property (though maintained well) and the pool is extremely small. There was no coffee shop nearby unless we were willing to go across the bridge into St. Augustine proper and fight with parking. The one coffee shop that was advertised as being nearby was out of business.

The location was within walking distance to downtown St Augustine and the Amphitheater where we were attending a concert. There’s also a few restaurants and bars/brewery within a few blocks. The pool is VERY small. The room was older but clean and comfortable. The room was also surprisingly quiet for a Sat night. The guy checking us in was friendly and quick (2 minute check in).

It’s a bit older looking and could use some updating but nothing that affected our comfort.

The location is perfect just over the bridge of lions. Quiet and peaceful and only a short walk to the historic district. The beautiful beaches of saint augustine are nearly as close in the other direction most importantly, the staff are courteous and professional. This place is perfect!

I had to leave and travel back home

Not a fancy hotel but it was clean, roomy, and comfortable. It had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice as we were staying two nights. The king bed was very comfortable. We were fortunate to have a corner room which had windows on two walls that made the room bright and cheery. We would stay there again.

No TV guide and not much for public transportation.

Location and cost.

Beds were OK but were not as comfortable as in the past. Front desk was not overly friendly, actually kind of grumpy as if we had interrupted him from something more important than checking us in.

Breakfast was only muffins and coffee. We headed out each day to the area sights or beach so it was no big deal. Fast food and restaurants are nearby.

Was looking for a clean, quiet place to shower and get a good nights rest and that is what we received. Small motel close to sights and not a lot of other amenities or extras but affordable.

Great location close to bridge of lions. Rooms were cozy and clean. The continental breakfast was sparse, and the office was small where it was but all in all it was good.

That they didn't honor previous arrangements for adjoining rooms for my friends to join us. They didn't make sure the people in those rooms were moved or vacated to honor our reservations.

I must start off by saying that the staff were fantastic and very punctual - I only realised after I'd booked the room that the reception was going to close after 9pm and that my flight + the time it took to drive up to St Augustine from Orlando was going to take us beyond that. I messaged the Inn and asked what could be done; they kindly left the key in safe place for us to pick up when we got there. For facilities, room was incredibly spacious and included amenities such as a coffee maker, telephone, and even a fridge. It's in a good location, just outside there were plenty of places to grab a late night snack. It's around a 20 minute walk from the Inn to the centre of St. Augustine. There were plenty of parking spaces and even a pool (make sure you read the rules), which we didn't have time to try, unfortunately. Almost forgot, 5* for the cute and furry visitor.

Very minor, but actual coffee mugs would be a great addition to the room! If I remember correctly, they were paper and they were really only intended for one use.
