The location is perfect. Close to old town but not too busy and not noisy. Clean rooms in a recently remodeled hotel. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast (not included) is very good. If you want to use valet for your car, this is one option. Another option is to park the car in the municipal parking across the street. The trick is to enter the parking after 5pm and it will cost only $5 if you leave the car there during your stay. Otherwise you will pay each time you enter and it can go up to $20 if entering before 5pm.

Some Electric Plugs in the room were not working. And the tv remote was not functioning.

Loved the exterior and interior look of the property. Loved it was close to the seafood fest and I could walk across the street. Also enjoyed the valet parking. Front desk reception was very friendly. I also noticed a trolley stop right on the corner.

Didn't like how expensive the room is for one night. Didn't like that there are no handicap bars/rails at the toilet for elderly. My 93 yr old gma struggled to use the restroom. This simple feature should be added to all rooms. I also had a hard time communicating with maid. She only spoke Spanish. I needed a shower no slip mat and she was able to use her cell to translate and delivery one. Also, it would be nice if shower mats were in room. Also no blankets in room

Everything! Check-In, the ultimate friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the smell of the hotel lobby, Starbucks located in the lobby, being centrally located within walking distance of all the attractions-just great!

$40 per night for obligatory valet parking. I could've parked across the street but I had far too much luggage, a son with special needs plus I was lazy.

Location great Very nice clean hotel Need TWO chairs at bistro table in room if TWO are staying. Makes sense We booked online & thought valet parking included. $42/night WOW. Front desk did remove charge 👍no other option to park? Should be part of lodging rate. St Augustine is vacation spot. Lounge should be open by at least 2PM for happy hour type guest. Rm rate is one of the highest in town

Breakfast was excellent. Loved the decorated Christmas lights and the overall ambiance of the hotel. The room was modern, clean, and so well furnished and the hotel was equally well furbished. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

The coffee maker in the room makes a very weak coffee that looked like tea. A Nespresso or Keurig pods would perform better. They did not serve a teaspoon with the cutlery, that was the only quirky thing. I had to stir my coffee with the same tablespoon I had for my oatmeal. All hotels offer teaspoon and tablespoon, fork and knife. Other than that the food and accomodations were exceptional.

Food was excellent the times we ate at the hotel. Location was excellent to walk to St. George Street and many other attractions. Also accomodated us with really nice weather!!

The room was not cleaned daily and when I called at 4:00 on an afternoon of returning to our room to have towels sent since we needed to get ready to meet friends for dinner at 5, housekeeping came at 4:30 to clean bathroom and bring towels as I was getting ready in the bathroom to meet our friends (no time for a shower) :( Also, sat in the pool area in the afternoon for short while but there was no umbrella in the table. Asked about it and they said they did not have one. Would have been nice to have an umbrella for the table to help with the sun :(

The location was nice and the staff was friendly.

Everything was good apart from my keycard that did not work in the beginning of my stay, so I got locked out (but another guest helped me). The pool is also smaller than I thought. Apart from that, it is a nice place with really good rooms, good air condition and an impressive lobby with a Starbuck’s located inside.

We ate breakfast a couple of times and we had a lovely dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant. On every occasion we thought the food was great and the staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. We also had dessert with after dinner drinks in the Bar on three occasions and love the staff and Keylime cheesecake was the best.

Loved our room! Eclectic decor was fantastic. The shower with the hand-held sprayer was THE BEST. The little coffee chest and coffee maker was cute & fun to use. Air conditioning worked really well. Staff were all courteous and helpful, including the valet attendants. Price of laundry washing machine & dryer was very reasonable.

Cost of bar drinks was OUTRAGEOUS. We had 4 drinks (2 well-whiskey sours and 2 Angel’s Envy bourbon & waters) and while the bartender was great (Spencer), we were not happy about the $72 tab (plus a $15 tip). We didn’t go back after that. Also, not enthused about the $35/day imposed valet parking fee (plus frequent tips). The hot-tub sized swimming pool was absolutely laughable.

Very comfortable and quiet room in a beautiful modern hotel. High hygiene standards, very good beds and possible to have early check in. Bathroom was great with modern set up in European style. While valet parking seems to be expensive no need to do so as a public garage is across the street with possibility to stay for 15 dollar per drive in.

Only some minor details: lobby is beautiful but does not invite to sit down and relax (probably they want you to do so in their restaurant next door). Also sometimes we entered the hotel and multiple staff were hanging and chitchatting with each other behind their desk and not greeting you at all. We found that a bit rude and not in line with overall standards of the hotel.
