This was such a pleasant surprise to find!!! From the start Theresa made our welcome so agreeable - there were complementary homemade cookies drinks - wine, soft drinks, beer available at all times. The breakfast includad was delicious and the room with its complementary sherry and chocolates was just fantastic! I felt I was visiting my grandma!! The room and bed were so comfortable and tasteful. Best of all Teresa was so helpful getting us a map and pointing out main attractions and restuarants which was only a coiple of blocks away!! So well situated!! I cant say enough of this lovely gem. I highly recommend this experience!!!

The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere downtown easily. The parking lot was convenient, close to the BnB, not even a block away and easily accessible. The rooms were very clean and cozy. I loved all the windows. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. My husband and I loved the additional complimentary touches: free bottled water and sodas, aromatherapy wash clothes to use after being outside in the heat, board games, coffees, teas, and wine.

The location was perfect - walked everywhere in old town, shopping, restaurants, water front, across the bridge. The two sisters and daughter (staff) were friendly, helpful, cheerful, fun and gave us service above and beyond wonderful. The three breakfasts were sooooo delicious and each morning different and healthy. We enjoyed our mimosas too. My husband is celiac and he had special food items that were very tasty. Each afternoon it was very pleasant to sit in the air conditioned (time of year was hot and humid) sun room for happy hour and enjoy a glass or two of wine before dinner. We can't say enough good things about our stay. It's one that will be remembered.

I'm sure this is just due to the disability accommodating room on the first floor by the sitting area, but it was a bit loud with other quests that didn't seem to understand they were in a B&B and quite is expected, but nights and mornings were loud. It would appear that any other room would have been great, this one rooms location was not though.

Wonderful staff member, Jess, was welcoming, friendly, humorous, accommodating, and always helpful! You are welcomed with a collection of baked goods, a fridge full of sodas, water, and wine. Refrigerated towels are available to cool off with and lavender pouches to help you sleep. Breakfast was great. I never had french toast made the way Jess made it for us. Not a fancy place, but the rooms were fab. Rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated, roomy; with a pod coffee maker, water, and lovely robes. Easy to find and close to everything. Definitely going back.

Slight traffic noise...due to rubbish collection. No fault of the place. A charge plug at the bedside would have been nice but not a real issue.

Food was delicious plated nicely staff friendly and helpful serving it. Location was excellent easy to get around to sightseeing! Nice touch with stocked mini fridge, tea and coffee to enjoy anytime. I will recommend staying here, I would stay here again. And hope to do so again.

The bathroom could have been cleaner baseboards and corners looked a little overlooked, main suite was very nice and floor fan was a nice touch enjoyed the Sherry, will not keep me from coming again.

The moment I walked into the room, I felt the place was clean and indeed it was spotless! The linen, towels and pillows were of very good quality and condition. The room had modern fixtures and furniture depicted the history of the B & B. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary wine, soda , water, fruit, cookies and sherry were a nice touch too. I will be back and have already recommended this place to friends. What a gem!

The Inn as well as the staff was superb!!! The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The main parlor was full of an assortment of fresh baked cookies… fruit .. water .. sodas.. coffee .. teas .. and wine!! Also had board games to enjoy on your down time. They had nice added touches like fresh lavender sachets to take home and aromatherapy towels to wash your hands. Every extra you can think of was there!! The room was adorable and clean. The staff went above and beyond in all aspects. And the location was perfect to see everything by foot!! We would definitely recommend this place to all !!

Unfortunately we didn’t realize it was the start of Bike Week.. the sounds of the motorcycles were like rolling thunder all day. But that is absolutely no fault of the Inns!

Everything literally! 1st & foremost Jenn, Mal and the rest of their team are absolutely phenomenal hosts & I mean that! They are so very personable & make your trip so extra special.... not just day 1 but every single day! When we come back... we are going to start staying with them. We have stayed at a few B & B in the area but this one, this one is the 1 we are definitely booking again. The food, the bedding, the location, the B & B, the hosts... Everything was just so great! I do not have 1 thing negative to say about this gem. What I will say is you definitely have to give them a try!

Perfect location, very nice sisters who run the inn. It was my birthday and I asked a question about ordering cupcakes…upon arrival there was champagne and two yummy gourmet cupcakes in our room. The inn is so welcoming, several different fresh baked cookies wrapped and ready to grab, a fridge filled with bottled water and drinks to help yourself. It smelled amazing, there was a little heated container with hot lavender scented towels to use, and a little bowl with dried lavender and little sacks to make for yourself to take home with the inns name. I could really go on and on, we have been going to St. Augustine for 25 years and have stayed at many different inns, this one way very special!
