Bed was comfortable, everything was clean, shower was nice. It's conveniently located. "Hostess"in the office was very nice and helpful with what to do in town, parking, restaurants, etc.

I didn't know what kind of room we would have. The pictures show a couch and kitchen and we had neither. I could only get a recording when I tried calling for extra pillows so went to the office and they brought some to our room. I was not told the Wi-Fi password nor was it anywhere in the room and it was after 9 pm when I realized we needed it so the office was closed and I only got a recording when I called. There was an emergency number outside the office but it didn't seem like an emergency. I got a call in the morning but by then we were ready to check out.

Very cute, clean and comfortable. Great little kitchenette. We were in St Augustine on a very crowded Christmas week, the location of this place was great, we could walk into the historic district, but we could escape the crowds at the cozy inn. Parking was great. Definitely would come back!

The tub could have been a jacuzzi. There is a flight of stairs, fine for us, might have been difficult for others.

Near a park where I could walk the dog. A good 20 minute walk to the ancient city.

On a busy road not particularly near good restaurants or bars. You need to walk 15 minutes for that. It felt a bit spartan

This was a nice property with free parking. We were able to walk to the trolley bus tours which was nice. The unit was clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. Would recommend it for a visit to St. Augustine.

What a pleasant surprise! Staff were extremely friendly and our room was exactly what we were looking for. Super clean and comfortable bed. Just 1 mile to St. George Street and was a nice walk to and from. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Good location. Friendly staff. Good value for the money.

Slow draining sink. Wall outlet between bed and nightstand didn't work. Refrigerator made noise for awhile and then stopped. Annoying at night. Nothing that was a show-stopper.

Initially the property didn’t match the web description or pictures. Worked with John and only stayed one night in the hotel

The we. Description and pictures need to be more accurate. Even the most basic room shows kitchenette and tub and that’s not what you get.

The Cozy Inn is spotless and comfortable. The ambiance was exactly as we expected. Several attractions are a short 5 minute walk. Make a 20 minute walk to the fort, bay front, shopping, and the entire historic district. Tours were easily accessible and transportation shuttles are available for those not wanting to make the walk into town (for a fee). Scooter and cart rentals were less than a 5 minute walk from the Inn. People were out walking all hours! We will visit again.

The queen sized sheet did not remain on the bed as it was not deep pocketed. Housekeeping was great so it was perfect when we returned each evening.

The room we had was basically an apartment. It had a full kitchen with an ice maker, which was so convenient. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room is not so modern but has a homey feel to it.

It would have been nice to have larger televisions. This is just a minor thing though

Our stay was great. All very organized and clean. Really five minutes from the old city center. The receptionist gave us a map which made our tour a lot easier. We parked where we paid the daily rate and did our walking tour. Only the lighthouse is far away on foot so we visited it on the way home. The lighthouse has free parking.

We like everything. I just want to make a suggestion. There could be the salad bowl for us as there is a kitchen. We had to improvise using one of the pans. Just for information this did not influence the quality of our stay.
