The location, was close yet, not too close to the downtown attractions. The area is very peaceful. It's easy to get to everything in 5 minutes.

I could tell that it was an old Country Inn Suites, you could also see the renovations and upgrades being made yet, not an inconvenience. The manager was very hands on, always cleaning or doing something for the betterment of the hotel, great guy.

We got a last minute booking quite literally 30 minutes before showing up. The property is in the middle of renovations but you can't beat the price for a last minute booking. They offered a hot breakfast and fresh coffee which was greatly appreciated. The staff was very kind and welcoming, made check in and check out a breeze!

Quite and safe location of the hotel. The owner / manager was very kind and was seen working every day. Clean parking lot with security cameras. We did have one concern but the manager fixed the problem right away.

I would stay again. My only complaint with my trip was lack of parking areas in downtown St Augustine, The garage was full everyday but the hotel always had parking. The hotel is a little too far to just walk downtown.

The room met my needs, the staff was excellent, breakfast, pool, location was great.

Mattresses was going downhill and was not comfortable, the phone in my room did not work so I couldn't call the front desk and I did let him know that they did accommodate me with the charger so that I could keep my cell phone charged. The hot tub was excessively hot and the Jets could have been bettter.

well the bed was way to soft our backs were hurting .and the microwave did not heat at all tried to warm up my pizza and cinna buns and didn't heat at all . Told front desk when we checked out. of room 106. other wise it was nice .

I have been staying at this hotel for over ten years. This will forever be my home away from home. The rooms are clean, neat and have everything you could need. They just replaced the floors with fresh new carpet. Hot water, hot tub, hot coffee/teas, microwave, great continental breakfast, amazing location right near downtown, and more. Nardia at the front desk is absolutely amazing. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Location

The house keeper used way too much air freshener, couldn’t hardly breathe when we open the door. Had to open the windows and leave the door open. Then after the air freshener wore off, the room had a bad smell, the rooms need updating new carpet.

Great lobby and room decor.

The shower mechanism to switch from the bottom to the shower not working properly, hence not allowing good water pressure to the shower. There was hardly any water pressure I'm the sink. Mattresses need an upgrade.

The service was excellent. The property was very neat and clean.

The only thing I didn’t like was Booking.com they took my payment and never forwarded it to the hotel, because of technical issues on their end. Then they wanted us to pay the hotel again out of our pocket and then wait for a reimbursement which we didn’t do.

The staff was amazing! The building was in great shape! Nice curb appeal. Room was large, and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. The room and facilities were very clean, and, appeared to be well maintained.

The only thing negative that I could find was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was a little noisy, and doesn't go on and off with the light switch like some do. No big deal. We just closed the bathroom door.
