Upon arrival the property and pool appeared well kept and clean. The owners at the front desk were friendly and very accommodating. The room looked and smelled clean. The price and location were perfect. There is a shuttle across the street that runs until midnight I slept well as the location was quiet during my stay on a Saturday night.

Very cute updated vintage motel. Bright, cheerful room. Comfortable beds. Loved being able to sit outside my room on the second floor and enjoy the beautiful spring weather. Liked the area the hotel was in- convenient to the sights in St. Augustine. Would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom sink clogged with hair- not sure how that much hair could be stuck in a sinkdrain when the faucet is too low for washing hair. I unclogged it myself. Floor at the head of the beds was dirty with noticeable debris presumably from the remodel (a nail, drywall dust. & other debris).

Room was big, bed was comfy. Good location and the owner was amazing.

The beds were the most comfortable. The air conditioner cooled the room well and quickly. Everything clean and spotless. Not one bug ever found:)

There was 4 lamps in the room. 2 lamps did not work. Had to wiggle the TV cords in back to get it to work. The refrigerator didn't get cold enough for sodas.

Excellent location, quiet but close enough to all attractions. Family owned and operated. The owners are SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY. Very accommodating.

This is family owned and that’s exactly how they made us feel like family! Clean accommodating so friendly!!! 2 minutes from all of downtown we enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night! Thank you!!!

The room size was good, location good and the staff somewhat helpful.

The sink stopper was broken so it was very difficult to drain the sink. The pillows were very thin. Also the couch was so low as a senior I had trouble trying to get up from it.

The hotel is in a great location. Within walking distance to many places. Hotel rooms are very clean. However, .rooms could use updating. The owners are so warm and welcoming and accommodating . The room rates are very reasonable!

I absolutely love the cottages! The staff is fantastic and the owners are so very friendly. I always look forward to chit chatting when I check in. Just overall great!
