Great breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff-- all of which we have come to take for granted when staying at Hampton Inns.

This hotel should not properly be advertised to have EV Charging, by 2023 standards. One of the three spaces had a broken charger with a dangerously frayed cable at the connector end, which given the reviews on various charging apps has apparently been the case for several months without attention from the hotel management. All three spots were frequently blocked by gas/diesel cars. This hotel has barely enough parking spaces to accommodate all guests' vehicles when fully booked, and the staff advises guests to park anywhere-- including blocking charging spots-- in this case.

I like how clean the staff kept Hampton Inn and everywhere always smelled fresh and clean .. The staff contacted me daily via text to find out how our stay was going and if we needed anything .

Some of the charging ports in the room didn't work for charging a laptop or phone .1 did work by the bed.

Staff was extremely friendly, especially the front desk at check-in and check out. Rooms were clean. Any problems were promptly addressed. Great breakfast. Complimentary cookies and bottled water were added touch. The suite was large.

We were missing linens for both pull out couches. Box of tissues needed replacing.

I enjoyed the size of the rooms, the cleanliness, the breakfast was also nice, we could also get coffee any time, easy parking there even in december, not bad price $15/night. I like how it was a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the Night of Lights tour. Such a nice experience.

The beds could have been more comfortable, but expected with hotel beds.

Breakfast was good. Room was roomy and nice. The entire hotel was clean. Staff was very knowledgeable about the area. Everyone was nice.

Our room was on the street side and it was very noisy at night. It was hard to sleep. Could use some sound proof windows. That was the only thing bad about our stay.

Everything was great, from the poupori fragrance in all the halls to the impeccably clean rooms and public areas. The free breakfast was a buffet feast. Eggs, potatoes, oatmeal with all the fixings, to make your own waffles, yogurts, etc etc... Fresh and delicious. The lovely woman keeping it all going was so personable and responsive to any request. The whole staff was very friendly and wanting to please you whatever your needs. All in all a great value! Will definitely stay here next visit.

Breakfast was fair at best. Was surprised to be charged for parking in motel parking spaces. Surprised by $50.00 security fee charged at time of check-in to be refunded an a couple of weeks? No mention of those costs on booking site.

The room was ample and clean. The beds were comfortable. The parking lot was close to the building and with good access for our needs. The people were friendly and made suggestions for places to visit. There were extra pillows and blankets

You have to wake up early to get a good breakfast, or you get the scraps. I missed a whole-body mirror. We could hear the train. It was not too much that we could not sleep, but if you are sensitive to sound, you can hear the traffic and the train noise.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. all was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was great very well stocked at all times and the continuous coffee, tea and hot chocolate service available was wonderful

my room was a bit small with the 2 beds but we managed. The bathroom has been updated and very spacious.

Didn't understand why I was charged $15 to park in the hotel parking lot, because I was staying there where else was I to park.
