Absolutely wonderful place to stay in every way!! The best complimentary breakfast we've ever had anywhere we've stayed. Fresh homemade muffins, parfaits, smoothies, eggs, potatoes, waffles, etc. They make different food daily and were willing to accommodate dietary restrictions by making scrambled eggs for me when the egg dish included bacon. The complimentary wine & homemade cookies in the afternoon was also a lovely bonus. Exceptional staff in every way!! The best location possible if you want to walk everywhere. We all enjoyed hanging out in the courtyard in the evenings. If we ever visit St Augustine again, this will be the place we stay.

The breakfast was phenomenal!! I loved all the ladies that worked there! Our room was so comfortable and the sheets were the best I've ever slept on! The location was right in the middle of everything and I liked that we had a reserved parking spot. We never even got in the car! We loved the social hour!

The only thing was there wasn't any soap or toiletries in the bath. We could hear the people walking above us, but I always bring a fan for that reason, so it wasn't much of an issue. And you expect that with the old buildings

Location was excellent. The property is in very good condition and has a cool historic look. Perfect to walk the whole city before returning to a quiet area. Free parking 2-3 short blocks away. GM and staff were excellent hosts. Not my kind of breakfast, but my wife and the others staying here all loved it. But note I am somewhat of caveman and prefer a simple diner style breakfast.

The inn is incredibly gorgeous, both inside and out. Breakfast was delectable. Location is on the oldest street and in walking distance to the whole ancient neighborhood. Simply charming.

This is a historic inn, and understandably an old building. The only difficulties encountered were the steep stairwell and uneven flooring with "valleys." Parking was a nice walk away.

We loved our breakfast every morning that were cooked and served by the staff, the “sweet “we had was wonderful and had our own entrance to the outside, the happy hour in the afternoon was a nice touch when we came back to the room to relax!

The parking lot was a walk away from the bed and breakfast. But due to the lack of space downtown that was very understandable.

Kathy was flexible with my late arrival. She made every effort to make sure my room was stunning after a road weary day. Food was amazing and the cook was so friendly. I had to leave before breakfast, but she gave a to go meal on the fly before 6am. The staff embody southern hospitality.

I didn't like how short of a time I stayed with them. I should have booked a third night so I had more time to enjoy this stunning hotel and town.

Our bedroom and bathroom were the cutest and so comfortable. We had french doors to the patio and the bed was supper big and also comfortable. The dining area and the sitting were super cute. Happy Hour wine was great after our drive or day at the beach. The cookies and breakfast every morning were delicious.

Nice colonial building within walking distance of all activities (except the beach). staff was exceptional and breakfasts were unique and very good.

Nothing really. The streets are narrow for driving and the parking lot is a couple of blocks away but those are so minor that they don’t impact the excellence of the facility.

Loved the peaceful location close to but not on St George's Street. Lovely flowering courtyard with fountains in which we enjoyed the evening glass of wine. Charming suite, so much more welcoming than a standard hotel. Very nice breakfast. Perfect advice on nearby restaurants and local art galleries.

The breakfast was delicious and the location was great. We were able to walk to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed the patio and the balcony, plus the free wine! The bed was very comfortable, too. Lovely building and outdoor space.
