Clean, beautiful and neat!

There was one nuance. I took a room with breakfast. But unfortunately, it is not indicated anywhere that this amount is only $ 15! I encounter this for the first time. Either there is breakfast or there is not. After breakfast, they brought me a bill for $ 190. It was amazing! The staff in the restaurant was very bad and unprofessional. I contacted the hotel manager to resolve the situation. And yes, she resolved it. They did not write off the money from me. Thanks to the manager for resolving this issue. Next time I will not take breakfast at this hotel.

It was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The valet and concierge were friendly.

We went to breakfast. The wait staff was unpleasant, we were forgotten and it took forever to get our food. The food was okay but not what a resort in this caliber should provide. I expected way better.

The staff was extremelly hospitable, they even remember our names during out stay (front desk and bar staff); the from desk gentlemen who help us to check in was very professional and amicable at the same time, he also remember our names at all the time... I lost my sunglasses (or misplaced them) on the bar or on the ground floor, they found them and kept them for me.... way to go..... the hotel is beautiful, the food at the restaurant is superb, the bar server was incredible he even suggest some places for us to visit..... Thanks again

The art work was really cool. We took the stairs a lot, they were very nicely carpeted, along with art work; unexpected. The location was perfect.

The lighting in the bathroom was awful!! Also, a fan would have been nice. Why not replace the overhead lights with a fan, and install flattering lighting on the sides of the mirror? Also, the four square cabana-type things with the curtains at the pool should be replaced with lounge chairs; I didn’t see anyone using them, and it would look much neater without them (kind of an eyesore).

We had a wedding at the Lightner Museum right next door. The hotel was beautiful and quite convenient to everything. The staff was very helpful and kind.

There was nothing about the property that I did not like, however due to the Christmas lights and all the crowds, I do understand an increasing cost however, this was more than double the cost of normal room. This was price gouging at its finest. I felt taken advantage of and the fact that we had to pay almost $1000 for one night, I feel was price gouging for sure! If it wasn’t due to my husband‘s health issues we would’ve been able to stay somewhere a little bit further away, but I had no choice but to pay this amount which was very wrong. I feel very taken advantage of and I’m sure I’ll never stay there again even when there is a normal cost. I think it’s very wrong that they take advantage of people the way that they did and it should be unlawful.

The reception staff, especially Nardia, were so kind and helpful during this very stressful (hurricane Milton) time. We had evacuated here from St Pete, then had to evacuate from your hotel for 2 days before we could come back and enjoy the rest of our stay. She made the transitions so easy for us, as did every other member of the staff. In spite of everything we had a wonderful time!

Everything was perfect!

The overall atmosphere is great. The adjacent galleries are full of lovely art. The staff is extreemly gracious.

Late comers (party goers?) coming into their room around 11:30 pm and having loud conversations and screaming in their room apparently above ours for almost an hour. We were trying to sleep. Other than that I thought the parking fee for one night (4 pm to 11:am) was excessive.

This historical gem is perfectly located next to the Lightner Museum, Cathedral Basilica, trolly stop, and George Street. A highlight included a tour by the property’s own historian, Michelle. She gave a “mini series” tour about the founding families of St. Augustine. Charlyne, the concierge, was exceptional in with planning tours and meals for three days. The room was spotless clean and bedding wonderful. The staff was five star all around. The other guests we met were lovely. Highly recommend this property.

There was nothing not to like. We enjoyed full days out and about and felt pampered when we settled in at night.

The front desk was amazing! Rain helped us out so much! 10/10 would visit again. If companies hired more individuals like Rain then we be all set. Hotel was great as well!

Close to my daughter’s college. Clean and run efficiently. Valet’s service was great.

A bit too expensive for what you get. Our TV kept changing channels by itself. We complained but never got the issue resolved. The view from our room was a rooftop with green turf.
