The St. Augustine area has many attractions and good restaurants.
The key lockbox was very difficult to operate. There was no pass card in the condo when we arrived. When I notified the hosts, she brought us one. However, with only one pass key card to access the property, beach, and pool it makes it very difficult when all family members are not going to the same place at the same time. We were told that there was only one card for the property. When I called about this though, the host got us another key to use during our stay. I would highly recommend that two pass cards be in the property upon arrival.

Very well supplied with all needs. Nicely decorated. We were allowed to bring the furry member of our family. I love that there was no carpet. Property well maintained and clean Pools were great, beach walk was nice.
Only 1 gate pass, I like the beach while my husband likes pool. Only 1 pass with 2 adults going different places. But we made it work fine.

The apartment is lovely. Have everything that you need to stay for two weeks. It is a quiet community with two swimming pools, tennis courts, and a private way to the beach.
Unfortunately, the condo had a dirty floor and rug. My son every day had black feet during the stay, and the rug smelled unpleasant. If these two things are resolved, I would recommend anyone to come there. Thank you!

The location. There was plenty of parking. Beach access. Short drive to everything.
The renters are in charge of cleaning the dishes, etc, but the dishes were not very clean. The air fryer was disgusting. The master bathroom floor was gross.
