I'd had a less than ideal experience during my stay and was frustrated that the staff wasn't helpful. Later, I got a phone call from the new property manager and resolved my experience in a way that worked for both of us. I appreciate the personal outreach and understand that things happen out of our control, but his offering a solution to fix what could be fixed. Now I recommend the property! Good service goes a long way.

The location is great, close to the historical area. The renovated rooms are beautiful with great bathrooms. The AC worked perfectly and was not loud. Beautiful also renovated bathroom with great water pressure in the walk-in shower. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. Check-in was easy and fast.

There were still some renovations going on during our stay, so not everything looked great yet. Mostly, finishing touches were not done yet. But once it is finished, I am sure it will be beautiful. We stayed in room 127 next to the rear exit. We could hear the door opening and closing all night when guests came in or out. Maybe soundproofing the room could be better.

Room was nice and staff were wonderful

We found 1 cockroach in the bathroom on our 1st night, we didn't see anymore after that. I'm happy is a pet friendly hotel, we love dogs, we have 2 at home, and this is not on the hotel is more on the guest, you can not bring your dog and have it barking 24/7 the guest across our room had a small dog barking nonstop. Guest need to be more considerate of other guest. That and the a/c unit being extremely loud were the only downside to our stay

Clean, comfortable beds. Good breakfast in the morning.

No coffee available Saturday afternoon. Front desk people were too busy arguing with a patron for me to be able to tell them. No dark roast available for k cup machines in the rims. Only very weak light roast. We were put in an adjoining room, and could hear the people next to us very clearly. I did not think we should have to pay for parking in addition to the room rate

Friendly welcome by reception staff. Hotel has been recently taken over and has had some refurbishing so everything seemed clean and fresh. Lovely big king bed room with a sofa , fridge and microwave. Good location rather than staying closer to a town . We didn’t have breakfast included in room rate but the breakfast area looked clean and modern. Tourist office across the road where you can purchase tickets for the trolley bus and they arrange for a transfer into town to the first stop. Couple of local restaurants next to the hotel. Approximately 25 mins walk into the main town. There is a lot of history to St Augustine so I would recommend the hop on/hop off trolley tour as they have a commentary by the driver which is very interesting. St Augustine is a really lovely place to stay, wish we had stayed longer. Lovely restaurants and shops, quaint houses and buildings.

Breakfast was good. Room very clean. Staff friendly. Good location (no to close no to far from atractions). I was able to do checkin a little bit earlier without additional cost.

Beds are very high and I traveled with a person with reduced movility and it was challenged to get him to the bed. In my opinion parking must be included in the price of the room, I am not happy I had to pay extra money for it.

Beautifully remodeled property! The staff were friendly, pleasant and attentive. The breakfast buffet and dining area was 10/10. The room was so pretty and the bed & pillows very comfortable. The floors shined and I felt like I was in a high end property. I will book this hotel for all future stays in St. Augustine. The location was excellent and once I parked my car, I never had to get in it again.

Everything except when my friends went down to get an extra blanket they were treated like the weren’t staying there the guy came up and was standing at the door looking in the room said he was just checking to see if I really needed the blanket which we did and he saw my friends in the same room they said they were in and said oh. We didn’t like it at all .

The rude guy who’s was night check in attendant or front desk guy just rude and disrespectful

Breakfast was good. Staff at front desk were all excellent- friendly, helpful, recommended a great restaurant and most of all, I left a small bag in our room and received a call, after we were on the road again, that they found it and held it safely at front desk until I could return Tuesday and pick it up.👎🙂

There were a couple little bugs in bath and in shower, but we wiped them up and saw no more after.

Property was very welcoming and even included a note in the room to my child….We unfortunately didn’t get to try the restaurant so I can’t comment on that but pool was relaxing, rooms were clean and blankets and sheets were inviting not one of those gross unwashed comforters …This property does not have free breakfast but McDonalds , a coffeehouse and Dennys were all within a very short walk….We also enjoyed walking a couple blocks to the local ice cream shop St.Augustine’s Scoop and give that place a 10 out of 10
