The location and price with beach access was excellent!…Room was clean comfortable, save and quiet. A short easy drive to the historic town. They are making an effort to provide some warm breakfast with few choices for free if you want to save money. But there is plenty places near by with good breakfast such as”Kookaburra”. Beach-pool towels were also provided .

The space for the coffee maker and, microwave, and mini- fridge was very limited and difficult to set things on the small counter space. Also the bathrooms are small with tub-shower combo , but functional . If accessing the tub is a problem , as for tub transfer bench or bring a portable one with you. There is no elevator so be aware to ask for a bottom floor room if that is an issue with you.

The location was great. We stayed in the partial ocean view suite. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. The grounds are beautiful. Walking through the garden to the ocean was such a delight. Breakfast delivered each morning to your room is a nice touch. The ladies who bring the breakfast are so nice and kind. The breakfast was good and the in room coffee was perfect.

The rooms/decor could be updated to make more modern, but it wasn't a big deal. Everything was clean and functional. The location, pool , breakfast, gardens and beach make up for it!

There was a private path to the beach for guests. The landscaping was exceptional. Breakfast was delivered to your room each morning. You are given cards to fill out each day with choices for breakfast and the time you would like it delivered. Some of the choices were sausage & biscuit, hard boiled eggs, bagels, muffins and yogurt. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Laura checked us in and was very courteous and knowledgeable about the area. There are a lot of good dining establishments in the area. Parking was plentiful. Would highly recommend staying there.

This was a excellent hotel, super clean, beautiful room , very nice heated pool . Putt Putt Golf right next door * I believe it's part of the hotel. Location was on point as well . I travel to St.Augustine about every 3 weeks , the is going to be my go to hotel , I'm already booked for next month . It's a very nice place to stay , Gina on the front desk was fantastic, very accommodating and helpful. Oh and you get free breakfast, it's delivered to your door , it's hot and fresh! You get a menu on check in and get to pick your breakfast and the time you want to eat . Try the fresh baked scones, delicious!!

The location was great and office staff was great however the housekeeping staff not too friendly when had a question for them

More breakfast. 2 small items is not a continental breakfast and need more choices. Fruit and apple juice in addition to orange juice. Due to acid reflux I can’t drink orange juice One morning we had to go buy more breakfast so this defeated the free breakfast for our budget!!! Sorry but next time for the same amount of money we will be staying at Hampton inn with unlimited breakfast and same everything else!!!

This is the perfect spot, and a great value! We loved having breakfast delivered to our room, my two teen daughters enjoyed having their own pull-out sofa beds so they didn't have to share a queen bed like they normally do, the ocean view from the balcony was nice, the walk to the beach was simple, the heated pool was great, the hot coffee always ready in the lobby was a small gesture that was a big personal perk for me, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. One staff member fixed a reservation error I had made without my asking her to — great service! I loved the view from my room, 219. I could see the ocean which was what I hoped. The gardens were lush and beautiful. Very well maintained. My bed was very comfy and linens were nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Part of the floor in my room was dusty when I arrived. Otherwise, it was cleaned very well!

We stayed in the townhouse it was super clean and absolutely gorgeous inside smell very clean and was very clean The two views of the ocean get from the living room balcony and the upstairs master bedroom balcony was phenomenal I highly recommend this place The staff is very accommodating and they bring your breakfast to your room at whatever time you desire

There was nothing to dislike about this property. This well maintained beautiful landscaping. Huge pool heated. Very friendly staff

My room was just what I needed and I liked the breakfast being delivered by pleasant people.

When I arrived the lady at the desk was helping the person before me. I found a few things unprofessional that she said. 1) she told the woman about a restaurant nearby then said “but I wouldn’t recommend it”…2) she asked me how I booked & I told her at your site online & she said “next time call bc you were given a sleeper sofa also so paid $10 more”. I saw as I passed rooms they all looked the same w those sofas. I just thought, although she might’ve thought she was being helpful, seemed a bit pompous. I was then glad when some days when I went into the office she wasn’t there & the others seemed much nicer.

Loved the easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Location and proximity were also great. I have an autistic adult son, so we like being close but not in the middle of craziness and this place was perfect balance. Great price and value. Several room type options as well. Miniature golf and ice cream directly beside the resort was a plus. Super friendly staff. I had originally reversed 2 nights and had to add a 3rd. She worked very hard to find a room I could stay in the while time without switching. Much appreciated hospitality. Also, personal recommendations don't book thru 3rd party. Call hotel directly. They're great

Personal opinion only.....i am a picky breakfast eater, so i wasn't super crazy about selection. But I like how it's set up to pick an option and a delivery time. It allows for much less waste. So, no real complaints ....
