Loved this location and check in was great , lovely check in staff very professional and cheerful . The room was quite decent , nice and clean , coffee and tea provided.Bed linen clean although I always remove the top blankets and bring my own.

Unfortunately I opened the roller blinds and one came crashing down on top of me..I wasn't hurt bad it just collapsed on my shoulder ..my husband and myself rolled it up and it was actually quite heavy..this could of been avoided if it had been attached correctly...had that a been a child by the side of the window sitting in the chair could of been more serious ! At check out I explained about the accident I've taken pictures too, the young girl told me she would report it. On the Sunday I had a call from the manager saying that the general manager would call next day, but I've not heard anything , just hope the blind has been secured correctly!

The location of this hotel is really great, as you can walk to the beach in about 5 minutes. The hotel has been newly renovated inside and out and had updated furniture, which was great. There is plenty of parking just in front of the rooms and lots of food options in walking distance. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Our room was unfortunately inside a corridor, therefore there was almost no sunlight in the room. Our shower broke just before our last night, however, we got a refund of 50$, which was appreciated.

Great place, very Friendly staff, comfortable room, all that you would expect at this price level! Not a Four Seasons, but just a solid well maintained older motel by the beach! They were doing maintenance on the palm tries surrounding the property, so the pool was closed for a few days (overheard some complaints about that) but we understood! The trees looked great after the work! So, they do take care of the property very well!

Nothing major, they do charge for parking ($5 / day), but most properties do that now. and the pool was closed for work around the property, but we understood that and still enjoyed our stay!

The entire property was so clean and well maintained. Every single staff member we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel and the staff kept it well stocked my family are all celiacs ( gluten free ) and we had many selections to choose from and never got sick. We had a couple issues during our stay ( tv stopped working and the outdoor spa was only luke warm) but once we alerted the staff they fixed the issues immediately. The room was decorated nicely and very spacious and the television was HUGE. We were centrally located to so many attractions and eateries and across the street from the beach. If I had any negatives it would be that the bed was somewhat uncomfortable ( extremely hard ) and the pool wasn’t heated so it was unusable this time of year other than that this place was a gem !

The property was very nice and clean. In fact, my husband was very impressed that it even smelled clean when we walked in our room. Only slight negative was shower was a bit small but that is nothing in the grand scheme of things. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Delicious complimentary breakfast. Reasonable priced and about 10-15 minutes away from downtown St. Augustine. Very satisfied with stay and would absolutely stay again. Would definitely recommend.

This is surely one of the best Best Western I’ve stayed at. Very new and modern rooms, pool as well. Staff was very friendly. We had to pay extra for parking tho, it was 5$ per night which of course wasn’t a problem. There’s some renovation going on at the moment but we honestly didn’t hear any of it, as they don’t work late or at night.

The breakfast could be better. Plastic wrapped bagels and pretty much no fresh bakery items really isn’t great. I mean, it’s free but we still decided to go somewhere else instead for breakfast.

The property was easy to get to, it was very quiet and clean. The check in was amazingly fast and smooth. Its located about 15 minutes from downtown, there is a beach across the street that you can drive your vehicle in. There is also a walmart close to the area, Publix and nice restaurants( MAYITA Restaurant downtown St. Agustine was my favorite) the food was amazing, and the owner was great accommodating us on what we needed it. Overall the stay was amazing, can’t wait to go back.

The only thing I noticed was the parking, it got full and I could not find a parking spot.

We liked the door to the outside ad proximity to the beach and restaurants. Also, that is was relatively quiet and of course did not have carpet. The hot breakfast, ice, and vending was convenient since we didn’t have a car. Pool was nice and clean.

Room was cramped and the floor was not sufficiently cleaned in the room. While the hard floor is perfect for beach there should probably be washable mats by front door to place shoes on. A sign indicating there was a sand shower in pool area would be helpful too. There was also not enough hooks and places to dry clothing.

The beach is right across the street. Picked this place as opposed to a hotel directly on the beach due to reports of the beach re-nourishment project, and I'm glad I did as the work was still ongoing. Simple little breakfast. For us the location is ideal. Nice big TV.

I was super impressed with the family suite on the 3rd floor! Not only was it the only room of its kind, but it was also huge! It had 2 full bedrooms and 1 full bathroom that was very clean and updated! There was a huge living room, office space, and a full kitchen. I will definitely stay here again on future visits and would highly recommend this room for a big family. We are a family of 6. The kid's bedroom had 2 full queens and our bedroom had a King bed. We have 2 boys and 2 girls. And we all loved it! Lots of room and a slight view of the ocean even from a block away! We stayed 2 nights there and the first night we stayed in a standard Double Queen room on the main floor. That room was also very clean, and the beds were comfy. The next day we had a full itinerary day planned and we were switching rooms (due to deciding to come to St. Augustine a day earlier than planned) to our original booking, the family suite. The front desk was very accommodating and let us store all of our luggage behind their desk! The hotel itself was a short walk from great restaurants including Salt Life, Ice-cream shops, Donut shops, and a cool quaint artsy little breakfast place called the Fueling Station.

Not much to complain about on this one, 10+! I loved the service and location. The people around were very friendly! I will be back here soon!
