This was a nice hotel with breakfast included and a nice location.

It was a bit pricey and they don’t allow you to self park your vehicle.

You can’t get a better location than this hotel, right next to the undeveloped state park and across the street from several restaurants. The pool was very nice, and you the receive two free beach chairs as well. The grounds and lobby area are nice with modern furniture. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The mandatory $39/day valet parking was ridiculous. We were not aware, and you are given no other option. The dresser in our room had sand in the drawers, and the walls were be very thin, so you could hear the neighbors’ conversations. This is a very busy hotel, and we were there over Labor Day weekend. It might be better at quieter times.

The beach was destroyed 2 years ago from hurricane. So they are currently under construction, dreadging sand from ocean floor & rebuilding the beach and dunes at night, and most is unexcessibile. So it takes a very long walk to reach the Atlantic Ocean. I was looking forward to swimming in the Ocean but was impossible with heat to walk a mile to swim. Not Embassy Suites fault because it is the entire coast of Anaststia Beach is under renovation.

The included amenities like breakfast and cocktail hour made the stay so much more enjoyable. The ability to order drinks and food by the pool was also a plus. I felt as if we were at a resort property. I have already recommended the Embassy Suites to a friend for her family vacation.

At first , I didnt like the fact that you had to valet your car and that it cost $36 per day. However, with the free breakfast (made to order omelet's!) and happy hour drinks, I felt that the cost of the valet was covered.

The staff was exceptional. Trevor at checkin was most helpful. Hunter in the restaurant made our dining experience fun and the food was delicious. Hotel is beautiful, happy hour was fun and the nightly entertainment was enjoyable.

The noise from the beach replenishment operation kept us awake the first night of our stay. The website stated it would be completed before our visit but when we arrived we learned it was still going on.

I did not like the valet parking fee surprise when I got there. If it was in then booking I missed it. I would rather have it in the room fee so I know the cost before I get there and not a surprise of an additional $40 per day.

The bed was a little hard in my opinion but other than that it was exceptional

The views from the lobby out to the ocean are spectacular. The hotel is very spacious as are the hotel rooms. The hotel has everything you need to be able to stay there without leaving for a few days. I also enjoyed the full service Starbucks in the hotel.

The $40 valet parking requirement. Then the $8 tip each time they park your car on top of that cost. That's a lot even though the valet staff are efficient and fast to retrieve your car. The Harvest and Reel restaurant food wasn't that good. Very average. They could easily put a better restaurant in here. The person at the front hostess stand was stellar though.

2nd time around and the reason why we came back was because this resort is exceptional over all. Although the beach didn’t have white sand like any other places I’ve been in Florida, it serves the main purpose why we visited it again. Be comfy and enjoy a vacation time with family. Complimentary drinks and snacks (buffet style) every afternoon for each guest (alcoholic and non alcoholic) were a plus. The pool is humongous and there’s more than enough chairs for everybody. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and dessert places.

Although we had to pay $40/nyt for parking (no exception), it was well worth the money. You can request your car from your fon (they’ll send u a link) and the valet will bring it to the front (entrance) any time during your stay.

The facility is very beautiful. It seems very elevated from your regular embassy suites. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and I loved that the air conditioning goes down really really low you need that in Florida. They seem to have a lot of activities for families. They offer activities around the pool everyday. They have a restaurant on site and a nice happy hour. I will say depending on who you're there with just something to note there was an extreme amount of families with children and also an extreme amount of church groups there on summer camp. Just something to note based on your personal preferences.

There were a couple dings on the shower and they were black. I feel like if you have dings on the shower you should spend some time trying to repair them or it's going to look dirty when it's not really dirty but it looks dirty.
