I loved that we had a hot tub, a beautiful pool and the ocean all within steps from our door. The beds were very comfortable and there was a Keurig machine to use and TVs. Having separate bedrooms and bathrooms was a feature we were looking for that set this apart from sharing another hotel room. It was all clean. The property owner or manager was easily accessible with any of our questions.

We can’t think of any negative. The property completely suited our needs.

100% satisfied with our stay! Everything was just as described/pictured. Owner was very helpful with any question I had. Beds were comfortable & clean. Enjoyed having washer & dryer (combo) in the unit. A text was sent night before we arrived with all the information we needed about entering property, room, WiFi/password. Guard at the entrance was very nice and helpful as well. Just an all around great experience! Would absolutely recommend!

No negatives at all.

Great location, clean condo and felt safe.if you pull out an go left there are 2 grocery stores, a Dunkin, Starbucks and an ice cream store literally within 1/2 a mile. Go right and they are super close to Salt life and Sunset grille. Both had a great atmosphere and great food.

People that can't follow the rules. Extremely loud group of early 30 somethings at the hot tub, in the next building. It was late and my living room door was open some and I had to shut it. They talked and laughed.non stop. Which is fine but it was extra loud. Also, creepy older (40ish) guy with a college age boy all over each other in the pool at night. We had to leave. They were fairly quiet and at the opposite end but hanging all over each other .

Convenient Location it’s right around the corner from all the attractions and stores but a walk straight across to the pool, the jacuzzi right outside the front door and very short 3-4 minute walk to gated entry to/from the beach. The grounds were well kept and quiet. The condo itself, is the perfect size for my needs. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, small kitchen with all your basics you need to keep from needing to eat out every meal. Washer/Dryer and even beach chairs, towels and sand toys were provided. Code entry door to the unit was so nice! Cable for all the TV’s and WiFi!

Beds and couch pretty worn but tolerable. Clean to the eye, but could use a deep cleaning. Oven takes a long time to preheat.

Large appartment with living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a padio. The appartment is good equipped and nearby the ocean. After a short drive you will arive St. Augustine. The town is a must see in the region. Don't miss it.

The location and unit were great for us.

The only issue we had was the curtains in the master did not cover the window. We put a shawl over the area and that worked. It would be better to put up another curtain panel.

Location was outstanding. Facilities were very nice with 2 outdoor pools and a hot tub in each courtyard. They had both tennis and pickle ball courts. Beach was a quick 3 or 4 minute walk down the parking lot. Resort was just far enough from all the hustle of the tourist area but close enough with a short car ride. Owner was excellent to work with and just a phone call away.

The location was amazing. We were right on the beach and grocery was nearby. Attractions were close. Easy to find. Our kids loved the two pools, the hot tub right outside the door, and the beach 2 mins walk away.
