The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable ( more comfortable then what i have at home .. smile ) The location was perfect, having a restaurant next door and next door to that was a gas station ( I needed to run to at 11 pm for some tums ). The beach was across the street and very short walking distance to it. The pool was right close to room, very nice, small but was perfect for relaxing in. the pool water was warm and not a shock to the system when getting in, that area was very clean as well. The drive into St Augustine ( for the tours) was short.

The Bath tub was slippery ( wife fell in the tub taking a shower ) had to stand on a towel in tub to not slip and fall.

We loved everything about this little Inn. The staff was very friendly and attended to our every need. Sue and her little dog were a delight to talk to in the evening. Its just a short walking distance from the beach. There's a family restaurant right up the street. Circle K is just a couple doors down. Town was just a few minutes away. So convenient and quiet. Very nice location. The pool was very nice and clean. Very well maintained. We plan on coming back again next year.

Easily accessible and a decent parking situation. It was quiet and well taken care of. This particular spot was optimal for getting to the beach as it’s literally right across A1A. 3 minute walk to the water. They had vending and ice machines, all of which were clean and fairly priced. The staff was very kind and made checkin and check out a quick and simple process(I recommend making reservations before hand) The room was neat and had what you would expect such as TV, clean and comfortable beds that were made nice, mini fridge and small coffee maker with 3-4 packets of coffee, and sugar/creamer. The bathroom was smaller in size but none the less totally functional and had towels, wash clothes, shampoo and soap. Best part of the room was the air conditioning, it cooled the room quickly and wasn’t overly noisy, nor did it cycle off and on constantly. Considering everything mentioned and more, the price was well worth it. I reserved the room just hours before arriving and received a discounted price due to that. I also used the “booking” app to reserve and got an additional 10% off. All in all my girl and I were very pleased and would not hesitate to return in the future. I recommend this spot without a doubt.

The only thing I didn’t like about the whole experience was the metal frames the beds were on. They have sheet metal sides from the bottom of the bed to the floor that are even with the side of the bed and when you get close to the bed to either sit or lay down, your foot hits the metal side and it not only hurts like hell, but makes an incredibly loud noise that will scare anybody in the room, especially someone laying in the bed. Even after the first time I still continued to hit it every time I approached the bed and so did my girl. I guess they are trying to keep people from putting items under the beds, but there is much better ways of doing so. If anyone is sleeping when someone kicks one of the metal sides they will be abruptly woken up. Other than that, no complaints or concerns.

Owners have done a good job revamping this hotel. The location is great for walking to eat or to the beach .

The bed was bad. Sunk in and felt like sleeping on plywood. Could tell this was a very old mattress .

This is our 2nd time here. The room and the pool was clean. The beach is across the street. Plenty of food in walking distance. Gas station on the corner. The lady at the front desk was friendly so was the cleaning crew.

The bed was horrible. Woke up in pain every day. The bed was so worn out and lumpy. They don't clean behind the beds or the dressers. I dropped my earring and when. I moved the bed to get it i just threw them away so gross and moled. The ice machine didn't work.

There was a concert going on that weekend in town. There was a handwritten sign put up in the office of the motel that it would be a $10 charge per day for an extra car to park per room, the next day, The sign was gone, plenty of parking in the parking lot for them not to charge extra, and you could only pay with cash they would not add it to the room to be put on credit card. Sounds like a scam to me, this hotel is nowhere resort quality so extra charges should not be charged

The location is phenomenal. Located directly across the street of the St. Augustine Pier, with beach access, situated within restaurants and a convenience store, this location offers everything any traveler looking for temporary accommodations could ask for. The price was surprisingly affordable considering this fact. This isn't an upscale "Inn," so that shouldn't be expected. This is a motel. But with that in mind, the location and pricing are impressive.

Laundry is $2.50 to wash and $2.00 to dry. Quarters only. There is no change machine in the laundry area, so if you need to wash or dry anything (afterhours), you'll have to walk off the property to the convenience store to get quarters. Also, there is apparently a limit on the number of towels you can ask for, which is what you have in the room + 2 more. This was a little frustrating considering there is a beach across the street, a pool onsite, and if you are staying with more than 1 person (taking showers, etc.), those towels are used quickly.

Although a little bit of a distance from the historic district, the motel is directly across from St. Augustine beach and the pier. There are plenty of places nearby to eat as well. The cleaning staff was very nice and professional.

The motel is nice, for what it is, but the walls are paper thin and there was a lot of noise from other guests, this going on until late at night. The costs too did seem a little high even though booked through this site.
