Location. Room was clean, and quiet.

The room had a few things out of place. In the shower, the metal plate over the drain was leaning against the wall and not in its proper place. The microwave glass tray was lying on the counter. On the balcony, one of the two chairs looked like someone stood on it and put their foot through the seat, making it unusable.

From the front desk london was a angel. She even made suggestions of things to do around town.And made sure we had everything we needed. After we went to our room we had seen her later. She remembered our name and made sure our room was what we wanted. Then the kitchen was great, we had breakfast from the menu and also had the hamburgers. Shawnesy took care of us. The food was great. she also made suggestions of things to do around town and wanted to know if we needed anything and if our room and stay were ok. Ive been to many places. Bit this one made you feel at home.

Breakfast was good and our waitress was outstanding.

Had to walk too far to get to the room and ice machine was the other end of the hall from our room. My husband and I are senior citizens and have difficulty walking long distances so this put a real strain on getting anywhere. Also what is the point of having to pay a parking fee when you have already paid a small fortune to stay in the hotel?

Breakfast was wonderful it came hot and coffee was plentiful.

The bartender the first night told us they had no coffee for our dessert so we cancelled it. She told us they have coffee in our rooms. The second night we had a great bartender and she made us coffee so we could have dessert . She even gave us a carafe of it to take to our room.

Room and patio was fantastic, clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay there again, met expectations and would highly recommend. Staff was courteous at the front desk.

Only downside was the smell in the lobby area; this is personal opinion, the smell was a little strong and not my scent. Otherwise, no other complaints. First time guest and would definitely come back.

Kim, the front desk clerk was outstanding and VERY helpful with our whole check-in process and also with our second night reservation. It was a pleasure working with her!

The bed was too hard. Maybe a thicker mattress pad. especially in the handicap rooms. Mostly elderly and physically challenged people use those rooms

I liked the cleanliness the best. The service was good. It smelled really nice in the lobby when you walked in.

The beds are hard, which is good for some, but I like soft beds. The TV had a speaker problem. Sound kept going in and out. The location was a bit farther from downtown than we liked.

Cleanliness and proximity to historic district

The attendant at the front desk was the least friendly person I have ever encountered at a hotel. She treated me as if I couldn’t afford to stay there or something - it was quite odd. I almost felt like I was a bother to her for checking us in.

Location easy to find and an easy commute to downtown area. Very clean and comfortable facility

No complimentary breakfast. Would’ve been nice to have an inside pool as it did storm which meant no site seeing; it would’ve been nice to go swimming back at the hotel.

The rooms very nice and beds were comfortable the staff very friendly the food was good just wish more choose from that the only reason we ate only 1 night there

The breakfast menu what eggs without grits so disappointing they had no jelly at all during our stay and no butter and the dinner menu was so short really no vegetables to choose
