The studio apartment is convenient for one person. TV station selection was good. Pool and sauna was used a alot.

Coffeemaker didn't work. Had to eat prepared meals out on the balcony in 90 degree weather and high humidity. A coffee table/s would have sufficed to use while sitting on the bed to eat inside. No WIFi!

This condo was very clean and stocked with what we needed for a good stay. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was great. The heated pool and outside hot tub were excellent

There was no welcome kit with parking pass. We had to get beach gate access codes from other people staying at the complex after several attempts to get them from the realty company. Cheap garbage bags split twice causing a garbage spill to be cleaned up twice. This is not a fault of the condo as it was very nice.

Very convenient spot to stay with young kids. Short, easy walks to the beach and the pools. Condo was very clean and quaint. The heated pool was awesome, and the other 2 pools seemed nice and clean too. Beautiful landscaping and grounds. Perfect for a family trip.

The mattresses and pillows in both bedrooms of our particular unit were very old and uncomfortable. We aren’t a usually picky with beds/sleeping on trips. We made it work but the first night it was difficult for everyone to sleep well.

We enjoyed the roof top deck, pool and location to the beach. The complex was pretty quiet and relaxing. Pools, hot tub, and landscaping were all very well kept. We absolutely loved all the palm trees and beautiful flowers around the complex.

There was no designated parking spot for I306. The window to the unit next door was right on our patio which is a security concern. Especially since the patio door did not lock or have a cross bar. The weather strip on the bottom of the entry door was gone. So there was a huge gap under the door for bugs to crawl in. Also a full size fridge would have made a huge difference. We had no way to store more than one day of food at a time. The unused closet would make a perfect spot for a full size fridge. The little apartment was the perfect size. I just think the space is not used to it full potential.

Location was great. Room was big and spacious. Could see the ocean from the balcony. Full kitchen and refrigerator so cook your own meals was easy,

Could use a little updating in some places of the room. Mattresses were very stiff. No elevator so there is 16 stairs per level. We stayed on the 3rd floor so it was kind of aggravating with kids and a lot of luggage

The condo was spacious with several pools and a hot tub. The beach was a short walk away and easy to get to. The view wasn’t really ocean view, more like obstructed partial ocean view. For the price it was great and I would stay there again. The staff was great.

We were on the third floor and there is no elevator. Also the condo was a little dated. The pool was way too hot.

Loved Loved this place! Stayed in G101 and would love to stay there again. Seriously best stay in St Augustine I've had yet. Beach a short walk out the back, very nice staff, great location.

Unit was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable

Grounds need some work….weathered in some areas but didn’t affect our stay or comfort.

Loved the location! Great layout of the complex, the pool and spa area were very cozy.

Broken tile piece on kitchen floor, covered by 2 rugs. I understand the need to cover it, and it didn’t really bother us, but hopefully will get fixed soon.

We love the beach and pool at The Hibiscus, and the laid back atmosphere of this resort.

Most of the outdoor gas barbecues didn’t have working starters.
