Location was perfect. Within walking distance to everything. Staff was nice, friendly, and available. It is an older motel. But for the location and price it can't be beat. . As for upkeep, no trash or cigarettes butts anywhere on property which is always a plus. Property may be old and need a little updating here and there, but it is was well kept and clean and that's what matters to me.

Personal preference, blankets were just sheets. A heavier blanket with the sheets would have been nice.

We had a great room building A room 201. Balcony overlooked the ocean and back door is where we sat for the gorgeous sunrise over the ocean. No obstructions to our view. Coffee in the office. We had a stove and big refrigerator. No plates, etc but if you stayed longer you could pick up some paper supplies. It is an older building but it suited us well. Nice and clean

There was a little bit of road noise while sitting on balcony but quiet inside. We didn't mind. We even saw a rocket drop it's booster!

Nice view of the beach. Bed was very comfortable. Nice linens. We were in our truck and is was tough parking in front of our room. We arrived on the first Friday of the month. We walked into town and enjoyed the First Friday festivities. Close to good restaurants. We walked to eat all our meals. Enjoyed our weekend.

The Beach is directly across the street! What a beautiful view!

I didnt like that the pool was closed down, almost the entire time for cleaning, abs there isnt any breakfast , however the is coffee and juice, and they are good about sharing after hours! Which is nice of them! All on all, still the best place I've stayed sinceive been out here in the vicinity of Orlando. Anyhow, I still have the Beach, So it is still a great place to come! There’s a lot of negative reviews about this place and it scared me to book here but I did anyway and all those reviews are bogus! Unless it was awhile ago because the room was very clean and beautiful literally right in front of the ocean as well! The staff was awesome as well! Me and my family will definitely be back

Everything was good!

This is a cheap motel that is in the process of being fixed up. It is walking distance to my favorite bar/restaurant, flagler beach, and many other attractions. I stay there every 4 to 6 weeks. I have no complaints. It isn't a luxury place, but it meets my needs

I did ser about 6 cock roaches during my 4 day stay. The beaches in this area are full of them, so it is hardly surprising.

We’ve stayed at the property the past 10 years. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. They keep the rooms clean and the location can’t be beat. It’s right across the street from the beach and within walking distance all the shops and restaurants in Flagler Beach. And the fact that it is dog friendly as is, the beach is a plus !

I loved the location. Everyone was super nice.

I had a small issue at first with my dogs, because it's not very clear on booking.com about pet fees so it was going to be quite expensive, but I was able to speak with front office manager and he was able to assist and help me. Which was a God send since my family and I were relocating back to Florida from Tennessee.

It wasn't the Ritz, but its all you need to enjoy a beach trip. We stayed overnight for a day at the beach after a week at Disney. It was clean, great location, and plenty of room. I rented 2 rooms for my family and we all enjoyed it. The employees were accommodating. Pool was nice and even the people who were staying were nice. Highly recommend staying as long as you are not expecting a luxurious hotel. Will be back to stay longer!

Love that we got to stay in the historic part of the motel! Can tell they are refurbishing it still but it was absolutely beautiful even with all the imperfections. The old paintings and things were amazing, oh! and the HUGE mirror on the other side of the huge fireplace…WOW!!!

It’s not the I didn’t like the beds (they were actually comfortable) but they were for sure only full size mattresses lol.
