The Cuban restaurant food was very good, the service even better ! The rooftop was spacious with a beautiful view of the bay Big pool Front desk staff were very professional, courteous and personable. I like the fact that it was a hotel that suits both couples & families Location is more than perfect! It is close to literally everything in Brickell/Miami Thank you for providing us 1pm checkout & keepjng our bags until we left for the airport, very helpful

I would have liked the option of having an umbrella for the pool chairs for those who don’t want to be in the sun sitting poolside

The location is good. Water views and short walk to waterfront. The food at the Caña restaurant was delicious

Extend pool and pool bar hours. We were sightseeing for the day and looked forward to having a drink and apps at the pool. The bar was closed and the pool closed shortly after. We were locked out on the rooftop and had to climb down the stairwell which was unsightly and had maintenance tools and supplies strewn about.

We loved our room! We had a great view of the ocean and our beds were huge which was great. The room was very spacious, and so was the bathroom. The hotel also has a great dining area to eat and is very close to the kaseya centre and nice restaurants in Brickell. Everything seemed walking distance for us as we were staying here for ultra music festival. The staff were very accommodating and kind!

I liked how beautiful the room and the view was from our window. My sister enjoyed the stay and continuously complimented my ability to find an amazing hotel for her birthday.

The location was quite close to some good, formal/ casual places, but my sister and I were looking for a good party type of scene. Of course, this was our preference for our visit. If you love a business casual area that is close to a nice mall within walking distance, you’re golden. If you’re looking for a place that makes you wonder if you’re going to black out upside down by a beach or drunkenly singing in the back of an Uber, it probably wouldn’t be your style.

Staff were professional and assisted whenever requested. Rooms were good and clean. Located within walking distance of a few food options and convenience stores for other provisions.

This hotel has quite a clinical feel about. Reception area is simple, plain and not grand at all. Almost like the reception of an office building. No grand lobby. The pillows were all soft and no alternatives offered. no milk in room for coffee.

Nice property, the pool was amazing and the view was nice as well. Spacious shower fits two at a time. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. The restaurant’s food was surprisingly good most hotels don’t have good food.

The floors and bathroom could have been cleaner. The pillows were super flat, may need upgrade the bed was too soft.

The location is superb for those who need to be around Brickell Avenue. Room is comfortable and bathroom spacious and clean.

Balcony views are not as good as one would expect (obstructed by a building right in front of the hotel). Breakfast is ok but could definitely have more options.

Business center is a printer, with no directions on use. Useless! Front desk basically conceded that the only way to get something printed was to send to the individual at the front desk and have him/her print for you. Added $40/day fee gets you nothing but a bottle of water.

Fantastic location, great room, awesome linens and great attentive staff!!

They could improve water pressure of showerhead and sink. Also for me, the bed matress was a too soft.
