The breakfasts were outstanding! Very nice to have all that they served. Very clean! I would stay again.

I thought the pool would have been heated. Another guest ended up entering the mechanical area and turning the heater on the pool. Spring break is a busy time. It took 2 days for the pool to warm up and then I think they shut it off. Couldn't swim the first 2 days.

The hotel is on an avenue with easy access to the Disney parks, but far from Universal. Very attentive and helpful staff. Room with two good beds and pillows, clean bathroom with good towels, also equipped with microwave oven, fridge, cable TV, coffee maker, and hot and cold air conditioning. The breakfast is traditional American, with good coffee with cream, yogurts, waffles, bread, jams, butter, cereals and donuts. Free parking was a bonus.

Some small cockroaches appeared, most likely because previous guests had left food scraps in the room somewhere, as we have the ability to bring food to the room, this can actually happen.

Breakfast was really good. The lobby had coffee for 24/7 which helped me not go elsewhere to get my coffee.

Cleaning service was terrible. We stayed 8 nights and only one time the cleaning crew came. We asked them to come 30 minutes later since we were getting ready to go to a theme park for the day. They never came back to clean the room. Five days later I ran out of toilet paper and I asked the cleaning people to leave some when I saw them cleaning another room but they never did. I had to go back to the lobby and get a roll of toilet paper from the reception desk.

It was clean, and they gave me a safe Box that I requested.

You must have breakfast ready at 6am because shuttle for sea world comes early and I couldn't take breakfast.

Great quality, fair price, free brrakfast and parking, and incredible location if you are staying there in order to visit Disney (3-5mi) or Universal (5-8mi). Plenty of restaurants around the area, close to a Walmart Supercenter and other commercial shopping options. Truly recommend!

The breakfast lacks creativity. Everyday you'll find the same options, although it wouldn't be too challenging or expensive to offer different stuff. About the pool, the day I'd use I felt it was a bit dirty, with sand or something else in the ground, so I preferred not to use (anyway, it's a nice pool, if clean).

We love staying here! Amazing prices The rooms are great and the hotel is in a great area that is close to the parks and restaurants. We love their breakfast! It has a pretty good variety and they try to switch up the hot foods. The biscuits and gravy, and being able to make our own waffles were our favorite. But they also had cereal, yogurt, pastries, muffins, eggs, sausage, and toast. We will definitely be staying again.

For the price the building was well maintained and the overall service offered was very good. The location is ideal since there are lots of amenities nearby especially the Disney parks which are just a few mins away(still need a car or take shuttle). The hotel is also connected to shuttles that provide free transportation to various parks such as Disney and Sea World. The staffs were very friendly and helpful and also very attentive to any concerns during my stay. Housekeeping delivered an amazing service and the rooms were always clean and the beds well made when coming back(used towels were also replaced with new ones and soap was also refilled). They also have a business section in the lobby that offers tickets for Disney parks and other attractions in Orlando for discounted prices. Free parking is provided and very spacious.

For tourists that don’t speak Spanish, there can be a language barrier sometimes since some of the staff didn’t speak English however all the staff that required interaction with customers spoke good English so that was not a major concern. There was a bit of water accumulation on the flooring outside during the night due to the rain sometimes which was a bit unpleasant when walking towards the lobby.

Clean hotel, breakfast was great.

The shuttle service to the Disney parks was not great. It took 30 minutes just to go around the block and another 30 mins to get to Disney. We thought we would get dropped off at Epcot. Instead, we had to get off at Hollywood Studios to take the bus. The pick-up was unclear. We even asked the driver who had no knowledge of the schedule. Better schedule and communication regarding shuttles would be appreciated.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was appreciated for the 11 days we were staying at this Hotel. They also have a guest laundry. They offer a free shuttle service for all the Disney Parks, Universal Studios as well as to one the Outlet factories. They have a lift which is a key thing I look for as well as a good breakfast to start your day. Quite a number of chain restaurants on the same side of the road, in walking distance.

The air conditioners are very old and noisy, which was okay in winter, but in summer it would have kept me awake.
