The front desk Haddish was extremely accommodating. We were in town for a family reunion camping trip and found out the night of arrival there weren’t any showers. I booked the room at 2am Saturday morning requesting an early check in. The next morning I stopped by the property on a prayer that they would allow us to check in early that morning so we could shower vs that evening as we had a family event. Haddish pulled through and was able to get us a room. Not just any room the exact suite I booked. Though we stayed at the campsite it was nice having a place with ac to go back to. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned and stocked.

Rooms were very clean and accessible. We traveled with our dog and our room was in close proximity to the side door. It was easy to take him out to the bathroom without having to walk through the front lobby. We also had a kitchenette in our room with was an added bonus that came in handy during out stay.

The continental breakfast could've had more of a selection, but then again it was complimentary! :-) The ice machine was also being repaired on the first floor.

This hotel was a breathe of fresh air after a long turn around trip for graduation the staff was extremely friendly the manager, the lady at check in and the kitchen staff. We are used to staying in luxury hotels like the ritz etc etc but we were so comfortable here and the beds sleep so well

We were displaced by the storm that went through Griffin. After staying in another hotel out of town (which wasn't great), we found a king suite here to hold us another 4 nights. The kitchenette helped with our 2 young (always hungry) boys. I am very pleased with our stay. They even reimbursed us the last night since power was restored at our house. I am from Griffin and honestly never imagined a hotel around here to be pleasant. The staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was very helpful too.

The pullout sofa mattress needs to be updated. The king suite with the kitchenette needs a bigger trashcan. They only had 2 cans throughout.

The local employee Stephen helped me tremendously. He was kind and courteous.

It’s my fault that I didn’t pay attention, but when I booked the room through booking.com they had me checking in the following day which was ridiculous. As I said, it was my fault, but why would you book me for the next day? Thank God the employee let me stay that night.

We were in town for a wedding and booked with the Comfort Inn. The staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything we needed to do. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff was polite and professional. Breakfast was plentiful and tasted good. The room was clean. The pillows were very soft. Water pressure in the shower was sufficient, and the water was hot. It has a safe environment feeling.

The beds are very firm. There were two room issues we reported to the staff. The paint in the resurfaced tub was peeling. The carpet under the air conditioner was wet after it rained outside.

The staff was phenomenal 👏🏽, there's not many staff members who come off as great as this staff does!

The area wasn't all that we were expecting, but it got the job done. Would also be great had the had a pool. For one night, I can't complain it got the job done and no bed bugs!

The front desk person was very professional and courteous. We had been driving for a while so he helped us by suggesting a restaurant.

Every time I stay here, it is the tops. The staff is friendly the rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast has many things to choose from.
