They were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were smaller than pictured. Specially the king room super small. My king size room wasnt ready when they had giving it to me so they were kindly to just upgrade me to a 2 queen bed which worked out for my daughter & i. This room was much more regular spacious room as any other normal hotel rooms. rooms were decent to stay and area can be deceiving but its perfectly safe. They do have alot of cliente.

It was actually much better than expected, being so close to the airport and freeways. Yes there was some traffic noise but we had good sleeps. There was a good small fridge and microwave in the room. The lobby was spacious and provided the free coffee and hot water carafes for tea. There is a lovely swimming pool. There was a big spacious and quiet courtyard with tables to hang out with friends and family staying in other rooms as well as small shop to buy essentials including many microwaveable items. Also an hourly airport shuttle and baggage storage for after checkout.

I honestly don't know why this hotel's average rating is 6.5. They are very good. The hotel is simple but very clean and tidy. The service is excellent. They provide a free shuttle service from the airport that is super fast. There is coffee available in the lobby from 4 am, which is great because we leave early for activities in Oahu. The hotel has free parking. The room has a microwave and refrigerator. I read that many people complained about the noise from a nearby construction project, which is now over and that it will greatly increase the value of stays there because there is a monarail leaving the airport for Waikiki and it stops right around the corner from the hotel. Excellent! I will be back many times!

Nothing! Everything Perfect!

I liked the location from the airport. Staff was wonderful. I had a older room not like the picture but still a great place to stay and when I return I'm booking with then again. The fridge in my room had a little slow leak and to be honest I would have scored them as perfect if it wasn't for that and what expected my room to look like than what I got. oh and I traveled solo and felt safe. They have cameras everywhere and staff walking around securing the area

just that the room I got was not like the in the photo when I booked and fridge had a slow leak. other than those two things everything was great!!

Everything you need for a quick stay in Honolulu. The free shuttle service is a great, pickup & drop-off were seamless. Just inform them of your flight times in advance. The bed was comfortable and everything worked as expected. Free flow coffee & tea at the reception. A very special mention for the staff. I left my passport and a considerable amount of cash at the hotel and realised this as I went to check-in for my flight at the airport (at a very early hour). A quick call to reception, and they brought these items over in 15 mins. Everything was there as I had left it, and this was all done graciously. Takes some honesty and real professionalism. Thank you!

The location was great! Extremely close to the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly. I would definitely come again. In terms of cleanliness, the room was very neat, had a tv, and a desk. During my stay, I was not bothered. There was a pool that is accesible, overall I felt very welcomed.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I felt like possibly the cost for the rooms could’ve been better, but honestly for what you’re getting and the fact it’s in Hawaii, it’s difficult to find a better price.

Close to the airport and shuttle bus transport connection available 24h. We got a room from the third floor and it was quiet. Personel very helpful. They sell some snacks at the reception, we bought some pizza that we heated up with the microwave in the room, not the greatest experience but after flying 17 hrs it was ok. Hotelroom was old but clean, aircon machine a bit roasted and noisy but worked, bed and pillows comfortable.

The room had a fridge and microwave but no plates to heat the pizza on… (Microwave was luckily clean.)

The front desk staff and van drivers were all gracious, professional and patient. The room was very clean, if a bit small. We appreciated the quieter, higher room. Great location for early morning airport access.

Not many choices that were open for food nearby. Wendy's was the closest, followed by a fish restaurant which charged $18 for 3 small grilled scallops (not the hotel's fault, simply logistical reality).

Always availability to let my father stay when he travels through. I booked the room and talked to the helpful staff that were able to assist us considering I do not live on the island. It showed tremendous "Aloha" to Micronesians despite known prejudices. Thank you for treating us as human, showing grace, kindness, and patience. My father stayed with no hassle and was able to catch his flight the early next morning, he was safe and well rested. Centrally located to the airport and all of the sites we wanted to see. Outside spaces were nice. The pool was nice even though I didn’t get in. It was surrounded by beautiful tropical flowers. The staff was very friendly whether they were front desk, shuttle, or housekeeping. We really enjoyed conversing with Sam and we enjoyed the kitty cat.
