My wife had a knee replaced 2.5 weeks before our stay. When we got there we found out the elevator was not working. Our room was not on the ground floor. The receptionist listened to our concerns and immediately called a person who had been assigned a ground floor handicap room and got there permission to change rooms with us! She was so nice and understanding !

One of the reasons we stay at this Baymount is it is next to a Cracker Barral - witch my wife really likes. It would be nice to get a discount to skip breakfast with you (which we did) and get a small discount.

Looked clean, no bugs quiet, good for the money. Wish it had been the same price for the next 2 days we would have stayed if or had been.

No coffee pot in the room also no hairdryer when both were listed as amenities. I always wish breakfast went until 10.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Very good breakfast. Coffee available 24 hours a day. Our remote wasn't working for tv, called front desk, staff member immediately came up and brought new remote. Very comfortable beds.

Elevator wasn’t working wife’s on oxygen they tried to put us 5th floor got them down to 3rd floor still a lot of stairs to climb for the wife

There were so many negative reviews. Well I must say staff was very friendly. Our room was clean. Sure hotel dated needs to remodel. Yes sheets wrinkled but who cares thats what happens when you wash and put into a basket and not fold right away. Its was a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. I was just there to sleep. So it did the job for me. So for us it was a good experience.

If you want breakfast you have to get there right at 7am we slept in till 830am went down it was all empty. Was supposed to go till 9am. Pool closed should be noted on website.

Good check-in. Dorothy was very pleasant to deal with. Room was comfortable and about average in this price range. One light was out, mentioned it at the desk and it was fixed before we got back. Close to Interstate and downtown accessible .

A little tricky to get to without GPS but doable.

Rooms were extremely nice. It was also very clean and can’t beat the price.

The pool was closed but not a big deal for us.

The room was great. No breakfast on Friday morning, just coffee. Saturday, we were checking out around 6:52 am and looked like they were just starting to put out anything towards food wise. Kind of late for anyone like us who had to leave early to get to the event we were in town for. But otherwise we love our stay here and always stay here every time we come to Davenport, IA.

Everything was fine, nothing we didn't like.
