Location and easy access.

King room had no couch or chair for comfort.

Clean, clean, clean! Nice indoor pool (I do wish the pool and air temperature were both a touch higher.) Pretty good breakfast options. Everything is well kept, and it is a very comfortable. Also, every interaction I had with staff was pleasant.

A little bit of road noise (this will vary depending on where your room is exactly on the hotel). My air conditioner had a drip, so I collected about five gallons of condensation in a cup and the coffee tray over my three night stay. It was a very minor inconvenience. The air conditioner functioned fine. I was offered a new room, but I declined.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were all amazing, including the cleaning crew and maintenance man. They all deserve a raise!

Older property had chipped paint, a light fixture with no cover and no chair in our room.

The location is great close to everything. We liked the breakfast and the setting. Food was good and the setting was peaceful. The bed was so comfortable! We actually asked the front desk what type of mattress was that because we have back problems and that mattress was absolutely wonderful!

The linen could be better. We found hair on the sheets and when we went to complain, we were given sheets to change ourselves, which we kind of had a problem with. We had just traveled over 10 hours, really tired and then were given sheets to change ourselves. It was on the weekend so maybe that was the reason, shortage of staff, just a little frustrating because of the travel from far away. Other than that everything was wonderful. Once that was taken care of we were great!

The drain was missing in the bath tub. The water pressure was not very strong in the shower.

The attendants at breakfast were most helpful as I had to check to see if any items were prepared with milk The staff was so friendly and helpful.

The bathroom door did not close all the way unless you slammed the door. Some kind of monitor flashed a blue light all night long on the wall.

Disappointed there was no fridge. Breakfast was very good. Very convenient location.

There was a power outage and no one checked to see if we were okay, gave no explanation as to what happened or any time frame for restoration. Even at checkout it was not mentioned.

The heat in my room was old and it was very loud as it turned off and on. It made a loud roaring sound. When the heat went off you could feel cold air blowing in under it.
