Needs upgrading

It was in a perfect location for where we needed to be. The room was very big with a kitchen a seating area, a desk and the bed area. The bathroom was nice and there was hot water and a hair dryer which I appreciate it.

The air conditioner in the room worked well however it was noisy. We did get used to it and we were able to sleep with it on. I have no idea if there was any road noise because the air conditioner noise hid it.

The breakfast was very good, more than my expectations. The staff were pleasant and responsive. The location is great, close to waterfront and downtown. Towel supply in bathrooms were great.

The bed mattresses need to be replaced. They are not comfortable and actually caused a muscle spasm in my husband's back. The bathroom in the accessible rooms need repairs: the overhead light shows severe rust and the water stripping around the tub is black in places, possibly mold.

The app said 103$ I got charged 185$ couldn't cancel it because all hotels were booked because of cruise and the pool was not opened got there at 3 pm still had to weight 30 minutes on our room you would think if you book your room a year in advance it would be ready the air conditioning was very loud light came through the windows kept my husband up all night he did not rest

The staff were very friendly, especially Hedy(?) working breakfast, she was exceptionally sweet, she explained why there was no hot breakfast without us even inquiring. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable and had efficient covering and pillows! The AC was nice and cold and set to the lowest temp when we arrived so the room was nice and cool! The room was spacious! The front door locked at a certain time at night and you had to use your key to gain access to the inside, that was a nice safety feature! We didn't have any problems during our stay with anything!

The hotel was only accessible through the front door, there was no other entry, not even another secure entry. The hotel still advertises a free hot breakfast. In order to have a hot breakfast, you have to microwave the frozen sausage or egg and cheese biscuits. Besides that there are packaged granola bars, cereal bars, muffins, yogurt, bananas, oatmeal, and cereal with milk,juice, water, coffee, and tea options. The parking was a little inconvenient if the lot filled. The only place that we could find to park was the back of the hotel (entry was in the front so we had to walk around the entire hotel to gain entry) or in an area with a sign that says "Prone to flooding, Park at your own risk).

It was pretty clean for the most part until we looked out the window and seen the disgusting pool. I understand it was still cold to swim but a huge eye sore.

Breakfast was to simple. We were expecting eggs and biscuits and gravy like most other places we have stayed but we didn't eat there once.

It is nice to have the breakfast included. The location is nearby the convention center. The 24 hour check-in was useful since I had to drive and arrive there around 11PM.

The air conditioner was very noisy during the night. The weather was unusually hot close to 100 degree F for a couple of weeks, so the AC is probably overworked and generated loud noises.

The location was perfect for what I needed. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The girl tending it was substituting for the regular staff and she did an excellent job. Friendly and patient.

I am handicapped and with only 3 handicapped rooms I couldn't get one. My room was as far from the elevator as it could possibly be. It was a long walk for me.

Great staff and comfortable room.

The WiFi was terrible. Slow and constantly disconnecting. I absolutely need good WiFi when I travel so I won't choose this location again.

The staff was very friendly and check in was smooth and easy. The room carpet did have a stain on the rug and the bathroom was okay but overall, our experience was great. Breakfast was awesome!

The room upkeep could be a little better. Cleaner carpet. Better cleaning in the bathroom.
