The room was nice and clean upon entering. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with towels and toilet paper. There were little hand soaps available along with body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The staff was friendly, courteous and respectful. I also want to add the valet service with this review as well. The woman who helped us Nadiya, was super friendly, and ready to help. Genuinely happy to help with a smile on her face. She too was courteous and respectful. Nadiya followed up with us the next morning on our stay with the Courtyard and made sure we were happy with our stay. It was refreshing to experience. Nadiya was the one we interacted with the most. With that said the rest of the valet staff that we interacted with briefly were also friendly, courteous and willing to help if needed. I definitely recommend staying with them.

The ice machine wasn’t working.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Didn’t get a chance to explore the pool though. It would be nice if the pool hours extended till midnight for those traveling out of town.

Our first room was way too hot. No matter what we set the temp on it would not cool down. We left to go out to dinner with our friends thinking it would cool down while we were gone. When we arrived back, it was still very warm in our room. I went to the front desk to request moving rooms and would have even been happy taking a smaller room (ie queen instead of king) but the receptionist was very accommodating and quickly switched rooms for me.

Location was perfect fir what I was in town for. Breakfast was good. Room was good.

Check in wasn't as smooth as I would have liked. My dad booked the room for me, my name and called a few hours prior to my arrival to ensure all was good. When I was checking in, they had a difficult time finding my name because my dad used a third party site to reserve the room. Once we got thru that issue they requested a credit card to use as a deposit. He had already provided one when he paid for the room so this is something that should have been taken care of at time of booking. I do not have credit cards so I had to call him which was at an inconvenient time.

First, I picked this hotel due to price and location. The hotel has clean common areas, which was great. The room was clean as well with no bad odors. The staff was very friendly, from the valet parking to the front desk.

What I didn't like is that the hotel's only parking is VIP parking for $25 a night. This cost is not given till you arrive. The only other parking option is the mall garage across the street. The hotel is a bit dated in decor and could stand to be updated due to location.

The downtown location The room was near the lobby and the elevator. The staff was very helpful and nice . The valet staff was excellent. They offer Cruise parking at a reasonable price.

Some misinformation was given but we worked it out and got things straight There was some wear and tear in the bathroom some paint peeling but overall it's a great hotel

Coffee good, location good. I liked the happy hour bistro. Staff was excellent!! Super courtesy, inviting and made you feel welcome! Beds comfortable.

Hot tub needs calcium on sides removed, outside steps to patio deck need painted, out door lounge area could be more inviting. I wasn’t there looking for a resort. So the value, staff and safety were my most concerns and they were highly met! Thank you!

The staff was very accommodating.

The configuration of the room was unusual. It was updated, but the furniture was beat down, took away the whole ambience of the room. It was scratched it was old. It was outdated half of the room was Martin and the other side was colonial style furniture what I paid for the room I didn’t think that was right Upgrade the whole entire room not just a part of it

Customer service was Fantastic! The front desk was always very helpful and greeted us whenever we came back to the hotel! We stayed there with my family that came in from out of town for my son's wedding. They made sure to ask all the guest how the wedding was and congratulated my son when he came in to get ready!

That I was to busy to enjoy the pool and hot tub!! Also a little about having to pay to park ...

Very convenient downtown location. Very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to help me get important docs printed for work, plus I "won" free dinner with the spin-to-win wheel in the lobby!

The free wi-fi connection was awful.

Everyone was nice. Wasn’t far from any shopping mall or restaurants . The cleanliness of the entire building.

The fact we had to pay for breakfast and parking. One them could have been a complementary gift from them. The fact that we stayed 4 days.
