Did not get breakfast, we ate dinner at the 100 bistro after arriving and it was terrible! The staff there was great, but the food had a bad taste and was greasy! My wife couldn’t eat but a few bites, the fish had a chemical taste? We stayed away from breakfast.

We were registered to room 816, we took our luggage to 816, opened the door and the room was occupied! Took our luggage back to the front desk and was assigned to another room? The restaurant was a big disappointment, my wife said that we should have gone to Captain D’s! And the soap bottle was empty inside the shower.

Everything was wonderful! We were there on an exceptionally busy weekend! Lots of great families for local college graduations! The bar was slammed with big tables of big and happy families! All the hotel personnel pitched in! When the GM was helping in the bar! The bartender, Amber remembered us from our previous stays! Everything was lovely! We got drinks and a great dinner! So friendly and fun! And our little dog loves it too! Comfy beds! Fridge in the room and coffee pods!

We liked everything and have booked two more stays! Easy access to Town Point Park! Love the festivals!

The room provided plenty of space Staff were courteous and helpful. Beds comfy. Plenty of parking space.

Booked early to be sure that could find a room, but had to change dates twice as plans matured. Although we changed dates by only 1-2 days the rates doubled by the time we booked. Minor issues included poor shower strength, and inconsistent room cleaning. The overall decor of the hotel is somewhat dated but is clean.

The location was walkable to everything we had planned for the weekend. The room was clean, and the staff was phenomenal! Lobby was beautiful. They put our room on the 12th floor, which was awesome (did not do a special request)!

The water spigot in the bathroom didn't work, and the tub was slow to drain while showering. The front desk was made aware of the issues so they could be addressed accordingly!

The property is located in a very convenient area. The decor was very eccentric, and everyone I encountered in the staff had great personalities.

The rooms were so inviting to bed. It was a very comfortable. There was an ice machine right outside of my room. We got to try out a lot of the local restaurants. Many were five minutes or less away

It’s beautiful when you walk in very cute decor but smelled musty and was like humid when we got to the 9th floor.. it smelled like muggy kinda in the hallway and a lil in the room but wasn’t unbearable or anything.. the bed was sooo comfy and the room was clean but kinda out dated compared to the lobby and ground floor the view was nice.. the town was pretty cool although we only stayed a night to go hit the casino.. the night attendant was very pleasant and even called to check if we were still coming.. I’m not sure why it was so expensive and why we had to pay for parking.. but overall it was a nice hotel.. and did the job they did allow us a late check out which was also very nice!

Outdated bathroom, strange layout mildew smell

It’s gorgeous! I’ve stayed before and loved it. The bed is super comfy too!

I checked in around midnight and couldn’t find food. So I bought Mac & Cheese cups from the front desk. I didn’t find out until I was upstairs that my room didn’t have any way to cook it. No microwave. So I didn’t eat. Just a minor inconvenience.

We asked for an additional night and reserved it online. When we asked about staying in the same room, it was granted. However, we had to get new keys, new parking pass, etc. which was fine. However, two maids came to the room asking why we had not checked out. Finally the desk called and asked if we had made a new reservation. We went through it all again. Three interruptions for something that should have been a matter of record.

The location was convenient for us. We liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel. The room was big. Bed was comfy.

The hours posted for the restaurant were different from what they actually stayed open. We felt rushed to leave at 8:45 on a Saturday night. Didn’t get half the food we ordered. Bartender/waitress was rude. Don’t have a pool view like description stated. Instead a grungy looking roof top.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was amazingly welcoming. The cleanliness of the lobby area was very good.

Did not like paying for parking at $15 per night. The restaurant needs to improve the quality of the food. Free coffee in the lobby would be a nice addition.
