Everything was great except the rude Caucasian lady with the glasses that served breakfast. I asked for Splenda and she told me there was no more. She then proceeded to pick one packet off the floor five minutes later and handed it to me. Everything anyone asked for she told a number of residents there was nothing left. The head people in charge came down because someone must have reported her and all of a sudden there was more than enough coming from the kitchen. Everyone in that kitchen was respectful except the older Caucasian lady with the glasses,she was beyond rude. Why work in customer service if you don't want to work.. Everyone else was respectful, helpful and pleasant when speaking to them. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!

I wish there was a outdoor pool that's it.

Hi, I liked the friendliness of the staff. The room was clean, and comfortable and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Hi, the walk-in shower and the commode are too close together. The layout of the bathroom was not well thought out. Also I didn't like the sink being on the outside of the bathroom.

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable.

The vanity needed better lighting and a makeup/ shaving mirror. Possibly a small chair to sit at the vanity. The room phone didn't even have a cord, I could only reach the front desk by going downstairs. I explained that to the front desk but I got a deer in the headlights look.

The two young women working at the front desk were phenomenonal! Anything i needed they didn't hesitate and were quite personable. My room was spacious and the bed was perfect! Since i was cruising i paid to park my car there for additional days and came back to my car and no issues!

I didn't like how there was no water fountain other than the one in the gym. Not too much of an inconvenience if you won't need it. Also be sure to get to breakfast early or it is slim pickings.

What I did like was there big dining area where u could chill and they had the best breakfast for a hotel I had ever had so keep up good work.

Bout only thing was the parking u had to pay for

Proximity to ODU campus. Parking was convenient.

Information could have been disseminated better. We were not told that you needed your keycard to operate the elevator from the first floor. More importantly, we were not told, nor was there any signage anywhere visible about check-out time. The website says checkout is 12 Noon. Apparently the actual checkout time was 11 AM.

Close proximity to my daughter and her family. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly.

The bathroom was awkwardly positioned. I liked the large walk-in shower but the toilet paper was not close to toilet. No room to stand outside the shower to dry yourself off.

Right across the street from ODU and thats where we needed to be. The breakfast was perfect. Better than a lot of smaller hotels like this one. The room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

I would have appreciated a little more space. There was 1 TV in an awkward space and we shared it with my little ones who slept on the pull out sofa.

I was attending programs at Old Dominion University. The Location was perfect! It was close to fast food and restaurants.

It was close to the road. However, I asked for a room facing the parking garage and I was very satisfied.

How close the hotel was to the venue, can't get any closer than right across the street. Our room was on the first floor, we were able to park on the first floor of the parking garage.

I thought we had reserved a room with 2 king beds & a pull-out sofa but when we got there only had 1 bed & a pull-out. The room was really small for 4 people. We were only there for one night so didn't really see the need to say anything but if our stay was any longer we definitely would have talked to somebody. The room windows have no tint, if blinds are open then everyone can see in, especially on the ground floor.
