This property is very large and has very nice surroundings. Everytime I needed to address the staff, they were all nice. It was very clean, not smelly, and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was well supplied with all you need and no need to request anything additional. Everything was functioning perfectly. Comfortable beds and pillows and very cozy. The great plus is the breakfast which is really good. Definitely will choose this hotel again for my stays.

The room stayed the right temperature for me where I didn't have to worry too much about it. Parking was easy and there was plenty available. Staff was very friendly and polite, and even apologized for a pre-existing stain in the room, which didn't bother me at all.

At 2am someone in the hotel felt that it was too cold outside, so they decided they would smoke in their room rather than outside. This set off the fire alarm for the whole building, which tells me that the system is a wee bit too sensitive.

Everything was ok.

Customer Service. When i book for the room, i let a message online that i was requesting a room on first flor. When i get there, the guy that was on the front deck, told me that they dont see no message, but he really dont make any effort to help me about it.

Good morning. I thought the breakfast was exceptional. It had exactly what we needed and no more.

I would have liked to have a late checkout. When my husband went downstairs to speak with the Agent in regard to acquiring a late checkout. The gentleman said No he couldn't without asking why. We were in the area for a funeral and needed the extra time to come back to change and checkout. We were right across the street and it would have been more convenient for us.

I loved almost everything about this hotel. I was impressed and so was my son who accompanied me. It was clean, comfortable and ALL of the staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfast! It's been rather rough for us lately, so this was our "getaway" so to speak, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

I booked online, so I knew exactly what I would pay, however; when we got there to check in there was a $100 incident deposit fee, which was a shock for me. Thank God I had the money. I'm on a budget just like everyone else right now, and somehow I feel that should be in bold letters somewhere so you're prepared.

I liked the spacious rooms and that the mini fridge also had a freezer. That was a nice surprise. The couch was comfortable and I loved the extra sink. The staff was courteous and helped with any extras I needed.

The only negative for me ass that the bed in my room was a bit broken. It kind of slanted to the one side and I could feel some springs. I would have asked for another room but I had a sick child when I arrived. She spiked a fever on the drive down. We drove a long way to visit her fathers family. I'll bet they would have put us in another room had I asked but I'd already unpacked our things and with a sick child I wasn't up for moving everything.

We missed breakfast because the staff failed to inform us that breakfast was only served until 9am. "Breakfast included" was one of the reasons we chose Comfort Inn. The bathroom was spacious, but it had no towel racks or hooks.

It was clean, staff friendly, great location, offered a good free breakfast

When I booked my room I asked for a handicap accessible room with roll in shower in bathroom. I received a handicap room but the bathroom was not handicap accessible. My husband is in a wheelchair couldn’t get in bath tub this was a big disappointment for us.

As usual, I enjoyed absolutely everything about staying here, staff is always friendly and hospitable, very polite and informative. I wish the hot tub was working, however; we used the pool and it was great!

The hot tub was out of order, but I understand that sometimes it is for maintenance or what have you!

Nice location and very quiet

The first room they gave me was not clean, it was bodily fluids on the drapes and the bedskirt, and a booger on the curtain, but the front desk did give me a better clean room.
