The room itself was nice. We came in for a family reunion in town. This was only 10 minutes away from the park. The only issue i had was the bathroom. It was like a studio apartment bathroom. Toilet on one side and youre looking straight at the shower in front of you.. the space seems slightly bigger than a closet. Other than that everything was nice. Oh the TV could be bigger or updated.. I think it was a 22 or 25 inch..

We were treated with great respect my mother had passed away in our family was able to check in we were able to sit with each other and talk it was almost as if we were home just in a different building we really appreciated the staff and the comfortability it made a sad situation more comfortable for us her funeral was sad but our stay at your facility was absolutely amazing we will return when we are doing our family reunion in July

Before any comment, I'd like to make a special mention about the team of workers at Sleep Inn & Suites Chesapeake. Their commitment to the costumer's comfort and satisfation is genuine at every detail. This is something that makes a difference for a guest.

I really don't like smell of cigarrette, which was present at both rooms I have occupied during my stay. There are no other complains regarding the days I spent there.

The bed was very comfortable, the staff were all helpful and nice. Also the coffee machine was awesome.

The spa was broken! I was really looking forward to that

I booked the king hot tub suite & a double bed suite. The hot tub was the best part of our stay. Hubby and I both enjoyed it. The kids loved their room as well. We were celebrating our son's birthday and everything was perfect.

The only downside was the long walk from the front to our room since there was only an elevator on the front end of the facility. Let's just say my ankles and back both needed the hot tub!

The woman who ran the breakfast buffet was very congenial and helpful. We also liked their new coffee dispenser; it started with a concentrated coffee stream which was then diluted to normal strength with additional hot water. However, since I like a stronger coffee, I removed my cup before the dilution weakened it. Nice.

The elevator was out so we requested a ground floor room. The side exit door did not lock properly all of the time so the security was weak.

It was a very comfortable place to stay. Staff very kind and supportive. Delicious breakfast and the pool was open 9:00a.m to 9p.m. As soon as we checked-in we received a pack with water and snacks (It was a kind welcome). My family there nothing to complain about our staying.

We Liked everything. More than I expected for the price.

Easy to find, friendly staff. Fast Check-In. Breakfast wasn't too bad. There was line at the waffle maker so I just got juice and muffin.

People next door were a bit noisy but just after midnight they got quite. The back door access needs to be fix. No card key required! So be sure to lock your room.

We loved the jacuzzi! Our king suite with jacuzzi was the perfect size. We appreciated that there were some comforts of home (fridge, stove-top, kitchen sink, etc).

That we weren't able to stay longer. We had to get back home.

The staff was excellent, we had a amazing time. The pool was exceptionally clean. The kitchen staff worker is wonderful with a beautiful spirit. I will definitely visit this place again.

Everything was great, I don't have any complaints only compliments.
