Spa tub was perfect, bed was very comfortable, staff was really good, they have people in training but make sure they have a strong mentor at all times and when someone killed the washing machine by loading a 30 gallon bag of clothes (and he had 5 more of them....30 gallons each) fire alarm went off all power cut and wifi shut down but they handled it fast, even let the person use the commercial washer and dryer at the same price didnt kick him out but made sure he was taken care of. Thats customer service. One of my favorites was the overnight front desk young man. We would chat alot as i came and went. He was always right there to help.

The washer smoked due to over stuffing it by another guest. The alarms went off and it scared me half to death but they resolved fast

The hotel itself was very clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff and even other guests were very nice. There were plenty of parking spaces with several access doors into the hotel that needed a room key to open, so it was pretty secure.

The only thing I was missing was a welcome folder in the room. Something that listed all restaurants nearby with the hours and phone numbers. Possible events happening in town. The bathroom was a little small.

Linda was very kind and helpful in the breakfast. The Continental had a good multiple choice. The buiscits and the gravy was my favorite. The coffee machine allowed me to choose from 3 strengths. Nice!! 24 hour fresh coffer was appreciated. The breads all tasted as thpugh 'home-made'. The little doughnuts satisfied "just enough". I will try the sausage and egg sandwich next time: it smelled Delicious. I also will try the waffles next time. Because I noticed the children in the rom where really enjoying they're waffles amd topping.

The sink in my room was partially plugged up and Did not drain while the hot water was trying to work its way up to my room number 327. The sheet that I laid on popped off of the mattress.top left corner. I could not get it back because it was 2 small. Or maybe was not put on correctly. That night the sheets bunched up under me and bothered me all night as though I was laying on an annoying hump. I could not find the Bible in the drawer. Like I usually do at other hotels. Next time I will bring my own.

Visiting family in area and stayed at the Baymont to sleep at night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Continental breakfast was good and there was an employee on staff constantly replenishing food items and keeping area clean. I don’t sleep very good in hotel beds, however, we slept very comfortably. The room and hotel were clean but the hotel could an update.

This is our favorite hotel on our trips through Janesville. We first like the economical rate but the beds are very comfortable and we have stayed in two different rooms over first 5 stays here. The breakfast is more than adequate when you consider most 'self-serve' breakfasts. The staff have been courteous and competent. We've used the pool only once but it was needed at the time after a long hot drive this past Summer!

The fixtures are somewhat dated; grout and tile could use some attention but these are minor distractions when you want a clean room and a comfortable bed.

Breakfast was not great. Premade eggs and sausage that needed to be heated in the microwave—at least there was plain oatmeal and yogurt. Stocking some plain yogurt would be a plus.

The breakfast was good. The eggs were kind of hidden in the fridge. The staff could label or let people know where items are located. The pillows and bed were nice.

I didn't like the early check in hours and price. 50 dollars is a lot just to arrive early. I understand it starts at 11 but there should be another option to add and hour or two versus 4 hours.

The checkin was a little questionable, but the receptionist said they were having computer issues. The people trying to check-in in front of me took a while because the hotel couldn't find their reservation. My checkin was much easier as I had my confirmation number and emailed reservation with me. Bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel as a nice stay on a long roadtrip.

The breakfast is really good and the staff at the front desk is always very helpful. The bed was very comfortable-all in all a good experience.

The only thing I had an issue with was the washer dryer experience-it was hard as some people would leave clothes in the washer or dryer for long periods of time-there should be a sign for people to please stick around close as others need the facilities also-otherwise no other issues-thanks for listening.

The convenience of location, the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is spot on for on the run type of person in that you get just what you'd need. The lady's that take care the breakfast area and prepare the food are very kind and helpful.

Absolutely nothing to not like. I will continue to stay at the Jaynesville location and be grateful to enjoy the friendly people who make the experience nice.
