Staff was very accommodating to our needs. Facility has a beautiful pool area and great, inviting breakfast area. Room was very comfortable and roomy. We were very satisfied with the facilities.

Hotel is located just off Hwy 90. Surprisingly, it was very quiet inside hotel and unless you went outside, you were unaware of the noise from constant heavy traffic. There was not an eating establishment next to the property but several restaurants just down the road.

Breakfast was good. We were missing the sausage gravy, but the eggs were super. Pancakes and Waffles choice of some fruits and the coffee was always brewing. That's very important thank you to your wait staff workers they were right on top of things. A/C worked good but after we were getting ready to leave I told my husband I thought it was moist in the room, He told me there was a dry setting we should have used!

Signage, signage, signage!!! The hotel should give a notice of the Exit number and to be aware if you miss it there is not a turn around for 7.7 miles so you just went 15 miles out of your way! If we were not already booked and just looking for a place to stay and missed the exit, NO WAY would we have turned around. We'd have just keep going to the next hotel.

The breakfast had great options between really good sweet treats but also healthier alternatives including fresh fruit. It is also set up like a resturant in there which I think was so cool

My own personal experience would be the location of the hotel but I knew the location before booking so I do not blame the hotel at all I just wanted a place closer to more places ☺️

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and quiet (other than the smoke detector in the pool area beeping every 60 seconds because it needs a battery). Attached bar also had great staff. Very welcoming all around.

Mainly price but my kids asked me to add the following statement "Staring at the turned off pancake maker while waiting in an impossibly long line for waffles."We intended to stay at another location but our reservation was cancelled the night before. This was the last room available so I paid out the abacus for it. I get it business is business but sad to think that for double what I paid for one night here we stayed 4 nights in a Double Queen Suite at a competing brand hotel in Illinois 10 minutes from downtown St. Louis......

The staff was super friendly.

The room looked clean but when I pulled out the sofa sleeper it was filthy. The cushions were dirty crumbs everywhere. The floor under the sofa was not vacuumed. There was food on the floor and on the cushions. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention instead of just trying to get the job done.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. I've been placed where the cleaning staff might not even acknowledge a guest, but here everyone was friendly.

The hotel was clean but I have to say that my room smelled very musty. I didn't notice it anywhere else.

Breakfast was very good. The breakfast area was clean and the food was hot and delicious. The assortment of foods made available was very pleasing. Sory, to have overslept and missed breakfast on day one of two days there.

Little, if anything at all. The place was well run. My entire experience was, indeed, a very pleasant stay.

I didn't need a lot. I just needed a clean room close to my destination. I was pleased with the space and accommodations.

I think it would be awesome to have a little outdoor area by other entrances. I would have loved to enjoy my coffee outside on a beautiful morning. The entrance by my room didn't seem to have a route to the front without walking around the entire building.

Convenient close to our attraction. Easy to get in and out of hotel.

Needed some upgrades to room. Toilet didn't flush properly. Kept running. Might want to have a place for cleaning service associates to store their carts on each floor so elevator doesn't take as long for customers to use.

I checked in and left my guy went to front desk to get key when he arrived and they gave him a key to someone elses room. He walked in and there was guy clothes all over bed and someone in shower can only imagine how he felt or thought
