Clean, comfy room, friendly, accommodating staff. I was on a cross country bicycle tour. Had to call the hotel to ask for early check in as rode mi bike through the night to avoid some weather that was moving in. They made the accommodation and allowed me to check in super early. Thank you.

All was great. Knowing I was on a bicycle they even changed my room to ground level so I did not have to take the elevator.

Amazing hospitality by Linda in the breakfast area.. the supply of food choices were amazing... best Continental breakfast I've ever had. They didn't clean our room on our overnight stay. But had no problem supplying us with extra towels as needed.

Under construction. Renovation. But I know it will make the place an even more comfortable placewhen it's done.

This hotel was super clean and just beautiful- the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was top notch. The breakfast attendant was so kind and it felt like she really loved her job. Would definitely recommend! Also the Christmas decor was beautiful

The room looked amazing, clean and unique. The staff was very accommodating and was always helpful. The pool area was clean and a great way to relax in the evening.

The AC in our unit didn't seem to work right but we did not bring this to the attention of the staff. I am sure they would have helped. There were not many food/drink items in the machines.

The hotel was clean and our room had just the right amount of space. The pool and hot tub were a plus! We enjoyed the morning breakfast eggs and sausage. Nice selection of choices and I especially enjoyed the coffee with different flavors of creamer.

The pool should be open all night.

I loved how convenient everything was to towns near by. the breakfast was out standing

the only thing I didn’t like was the construction that started so early when we still trying to sleep, and the elevator door sounded like it needed fixing

The hospitality & friendliness of the staff was exceptional. We were very impressed withe the pool & hot tub area also.

No signage to indicate we were at your hotel outside. Strong chlorine smell when entering hotel.

Small things .. no cover to ice bucket in room, bathroom lighting terrible, snack machine out of ord er. ... little picky stuff.

Tammy the Assit Mgr was very helpful. It was only ten minutes away from the Fireside. Easy to get to hotel, it's right off freeway, you can see it from the freeway. Good places to eat and store and gas stations, near the hotel. The swimming pool is very nice, indoor and clean.

The elevator is slow and when the door opens it's very noisy. The morning buffet is ok but needs not great.
