We came to see Coldplay in Madison and booked this hotel as nothing else was available in Madison. Really happy with our decision. Good-sized room, neat hallways and clean bathroom. Sufficient linen and amenities provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Good quality mattress in the room. Pool was an unexpected highlight of our stay, very cleanly maintained. The breakfast was very good. Not a wide selection but whatever they had, tasted good. Bagels, muffins, croissants, waffles, oatmeal, juice, and coffee. Loved it. There's Dunkin', Subway, Taco Bell, and Culver's around the hotel which is very convenient for a quick snack or coffee. Impressed by the food available at this location!

Nothing in particular, just keep doing whatever you are doing. We loved our stay. No complaints!

The staff were outstanding, the facility was extremely clean. Coffee was available at all times. Breakfast looked tastefully done.

Although it was winter, we expected the indoor pool to be heated and the indoor area of the pool to be warm. Much to our surprise the pool room stayed cold and the pool was colder, we were Smurfs when after waiting for it to warm up we decided to call it quits and take a hot shower.

All in all, my 4 night stay was very good. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and respected my privacy. The room was spacious and the bathroom very clean and spacious.

Not adequate handicap parking spaces. The room did not have USB charging outlets. There were MANY guests attending a wedding Saturday, and these guests did not comply with the "quiet time" of the facility.

We were in town for a show at the Fireside Dinner Theater and will definitely stay here again. The room was exceptionally clean, which is really important to us. The bed was very comfortable, that made it easy for us to get a great night sleep. Also the complementary breakfast was amazing! One of the best we have ever had. Kelly was working the breakfast and it was a busy morning with lots of guests, but she kept everything filled. She did a fantastic job!

There wasn't anything we found that wasn't to our liking.

Bed was comfortable and pillows and bedding were nice. Room felt close to new. Good lighting and nicely furnished.

Only thing that could have been better is more healthy options for breakfast. One choice for yogurt and was bland. Oatmeal was instant, while comparable places are serving ready made with fresh fruits. Canceled my upcoming reservation and trying a different motel for my next visit.

The rooms were clean and kept. Our first room smelled funny, so they moved us immediately and while we waited the manager came up to figure out why. They were on it and getting it taken care of. The breakfast was amazing compared to the normal oatmeal, scrambled eggs and sausage. There were breakfast burrito fixings, quiche, good sausage and bacon, and very attentive women serving and clearing. We were very pleased overall, and my husband is a Hilton Honors guy, so he’s picky.

Breakfast had many selections and the ones we chose were all delicious.

I picked this hotel over others because it had a bar, however, the bar was not open. They should list that on their website. Also, the beds were a little too had. Need a topper.

I love this hotel! Brenda the front desk lady is amazing. She helps me all the way all the time. She does fantastic job. The hotel serves great foods. Love the room and all the amenities. Great price too! The hotel is close to the famous bar of Fort88 and they do have great foods too! Best of the best hands down.

Just wish the rates can be lower. And that is all.

The facility was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and way above our expectations.

Our room had no view. We had a large window but our view was of an outside wall of an adjoining building. That was the only disadvantage.

Your breakfast crew was the best! Good Eggs and sausage.

Need more than 1 bar of soap. Needed 2- 3 for the 3 people in the room for 2 days. I know there was the liquid soap dispensor, but still like bar soap.
