Breakfast was good, and the location was alright for where we had to be.

Was supposed to have a Queen bed and a pull out but only had a Queen bed, the correspondence I got when I first booked the room actually said that's what I was getting but when I got the confirmation just before I came it only showed the Queen size bed, Didn't notice that until I actually looked at it when my granddaughter and I got in our room and were surprised. the fact that they didn't use the credit card I gave them not even sure were they got the number they had, I suspect it was an old one that the internet gave them which should never happen cause they don't do stuff like that. (Right)

Fairfield Inn & Suites is clean, peaceful,and comfortable. It is an ideal location in the middle of everything. This made traveling for errands and events easy. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Whitewater. Thank You!

I move slowly in the mornings - especially during vacations. Breakfast ends at 8:30 a.m. I suggest moving it to 9:00 a.m. (I missed it, but the coffee was good!)

The location is great and the facility is well maintained.

I was in a wheelchair accessible room. A horizontal grab bar in the shower was loose. The memory foam mattress doesn’t have firm edges like a conventional mattress so it makes it harder to transfer from the bed to a wheelchair.

The rooms were very nice and clean, staff was personable and easy to work with. No issues here!

Pool is very small, we had it to ourselves so wasn’t a problem at that point but couldn’t imagine having another family in there. If you have kids like we did, was nervous if someone else would have come in.

Everything was awesome except quote/final price. We booked through Booking. Com and was charged $53.75 more than quoted. Talked to Susan and we are going to notify Booking.com

Everything was clean, comfortable, and in good repair. The staff was super nice & helpful! The breakfast was tasty!

It was clean & comfy, but average accommodations. Other hotels I've stayed in at the same price point had a lot more amenities & better surrounding location.

We have stayed her multiple times now, and each time, the stay is wonderful. The facility is always clean and very welcoming. Staff are so friendly and willing to help and take care of things quickly.
