The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was much better than the ones offered at hotels. The staff was very accommodating.

In the room we were initially given, the heater didn’t work and black dirt came out of the hot water faucets in the sink and tub. We were given a much better room on the first floor (note, there is no elevator) but the bedspread was rather badly stained (or perhaps dirty?). We don’t usually watch tv on trips, but there was a particular event we wanted to see. The tv resolution was not as good as it should be.

Front desk lady was unknowable in third party booking, naking sure we knew she didn't like that. Understandable, but why have thrud party, if you don't want to deal with them. Made us feel like we didn't belong at the hotel.

bed was comfortable, better than most chains, room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly,a nd price was reasonable

dogs were barking during night, bathroom was cozy

It was a clean and homey room and I'd recommend it to many other I also like the fact they accept cash and not card only

I loved that the pool was open until 11:00

I didn't like that they stopped serving breakfast at 9:00 a.m. and they get a really bad attitude if you try and come out and grab coffee or anything after 9:00 a.m.

Pancake machine was not working properly, could have more choices for breakfast.

The room was big. We had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was enjoyable.

The floor in the bathroom could use a deep clean.

Breakfast options, we can not eat dairy so we were very limited. The cleaner used left our room smelling stale.

Quiet, clean, property had been recently updated within the last five years.

I reserved a smoke-free room but the room smelled of cigarette smoke.
