The back parking lot had a lot of riffraff. People in their cars playing loud music and working on cars. All in all not enough parking. Right now I’m upset they had on my room 4 people on my bill it was just my husband and I!

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good.

We ended up staying another night and paid way more for the second night. I would have paid less money if I had gone through the booking site. They didn't change the garage either.

The hotel was close to the wedding venue that was at Bennett barn. Close to hang out with the family and activities that went along. The breakfast was great

Staff was wonderful. Rooms comfortable.

Very high flex-rates due to RNC and EAA in area. Was expected because most rooms from Madison to Milwaukee, Green Bay and Osh Kosh were booked due to events in the state.

Breakfast on Sunday with the biscuits and gravy was awesome. Breakfast the day before with just the instant eggs not as good, but did the trick.

We didn't dislike anything, but it would have been great to have the same breakfast every day (biscuits gravy, cheese egg omelette, etc.)

The front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. There was a nice outside area to sit. The pool looked nice, I didn't get a chance to use it.

Good location, quit, adequate room size, adequate breakfast.

We were in a handicap room (only type available) and the shades for the window were opened and closed by an automatic system. The motor to the system was broken (the hotel is waiting for parts) and we were unable to open the shades so we always had to have lights on during the day. A bit of an inconvenience with a dark room all the time. I will admit that it was better that the shades were stuck in the closed position rather than in the opened position.

Very clean and staff responsive to request for a shower chair/stool by booking into a room with a shower with a built in seat.

Room 133 smelled smoky. Electric Window shade didn't work. Onscreen TV guide didn't work...just showed every channel as having no information. Could turn TV off and then the guide would appear and work once. Then back to all channels showing no information. Raised the issue with the front desk staff and the young man didn't have a clue or a willingness to call someone to correct. Daughter was in room 135 and doorbell didn't work.

Very clean. Updated. Breakfast very good. Staff very nice
