I have stayed at this location many times visiting family. The staff is always friendly, rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. I don't always take advantage of the breakfast or happy hour times. I prefer the kitchenette and cooking my own meals. The rooms are plenty big. I like the free laundry. It is in a great location, right off the interstate and close to shopping and restaurants.

I really don't have any complaints. Everything is always as expected. If I had to comment on one thing, just for those that are looking for a location that is walkable to shopping and restaurants, there are sidewalks for walking, however, all the shopping and restaurants are on the other side of the interstate. It's not super far, just would need to plan accordingly.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The Breakfast was plentiful, varied and good and included. The location was convenient. The decor was pretty and homey.

The only negative was on the day we checked in the two front staff were not very welcoming. First they told us our room was not available until 4pm. This is very late for a check in time. Then when we asked to have late check out at noon they told us that was not possible without even making an effort to look into this. The funny thing is when we returned after 4 to check in, there was a lovely person at the front desk who, when asked about leat check-in, without hesitation, told us it was not a problem and sorted this our for us.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. Thank you so much, we enjoyed our stay. And thank you, Mary for the good breakfast every morning. :)

Top notch service, rooms and common areas. The breakfast buffet was excellent and staff all helpful. The room was large and well decorated and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

The entrance signage at night was not visible, and we had a little trouble finding the hotel the first time. The Wi-Fi was quite weak, where we were, which was at the very end of the building.

I was staying here due to a family emergency. The hotel was well stocked with anything I needed, had free laundry services, breakfast, and was very reasonably priced. The location was superb within two minutes of the hospital! The hospital is very large so it would have been a bit of a walk to get to the hotel but if necessary it could have easily been accessed. The building is beautiful and well maintained and the staff was all wonderful!

I loved everything about this property!

I stay at this hotel because I need to be near the hospital. Carly is super nice and always goes out of her way to be kind and helpful. I need the kitchen facilities, so that is super helpful, even though the hotel is a further walk from my destination than the Hilton. The pool is a nice size and I enjoy being able to sit in the lobby and read during downtime. The books and games library is a treat!

The bathroom and tub/shower in the two room suite was very small, with a higher price tag than the one room suites.

Great location. Many restaurants and shopping close by. Also pretty park on the water very close. Pool , gym and breakfast available Also, hotel hosts a happy hour in the evening, very enjoyable!

Windows had ice accumulation on inside of windows on cold mornings. Bath tub has a permanent water stain . Breakfast was adequate. Mary, cook and hostess for breakfast, is wonderful. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Our check-in was quick and the girl at the front desk was very nice. The room was very a very nice surprise as all I was looking for was a king-size bed. This room had a full-size fridge and a little kitchenette, the sofa was very modern and comfortable. The bedding was white and looked very nice and was very comfortable. The toiletries in the room were nice because they were not the little bottles of shampoo etc. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. They had a very nice selection for breakfast and it was delicious. The dining area had plenty of seating and the lady that was working had it spotless.

I wasn't happy that the hot tub was not available. Everything else was great! We will stay again when we are in the area.

We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned n our towels were not picked up n refreshed with new ones had to go to front desk . We Did Not have a tag out on our door either so we don’t know if it was just missed or what.
