The room was clean & chemical fragrance-free! Water was soft. Bed was quite comfortable. The size of the room was good. Location near Interstate highway & easy exit was excellent!

Things I would change if I could: No doubt queen option. Building seems a little dated. Carpeting on floors is less desirable than cleaner tile flooring throughout on some newer hotels. The AC/heating unit was old and quite loud (not good), but luckily it wasn’t too hot out & we were able to open the window to get some fresh air

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it in the morning. Everything in the room was fully stocked and working properly. It was very quiet in my room even with the hotel being almost completely booked the entire weekend and with some of the guests bringing their dogs with them, so that was excellent! The staff I encountered were all very nice, friendly and helpful! They made me feel welcome and treated me as a very valued guest. I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this hotel!

I would just like to see more rooms and parking spaces designated for the handicapped. This is not strictly a La Quinta/Wyndham issue, it's a hospitality industry-wide issue. It was a busy weekend in the area so I was unable to book a handicap accessible room because all 4 were already taken. The room I did get was a distance from the elevator. It was spacious, but the bathroom was small & did not have safety bars which was a bit problematic for me. I was unable to find any parking space available in front of the hotel when I returned back there late in the evening on Saturday. I had to park near the back, a very long trek for someone with a walker. Not angry, just wish there were more handicap parking spaces & accessible rooms.

Your staff was amazing!! Housekeeping was on point and very friendly. I talked with the front desk manager/employee, she was amazing and a really helpful person who listened. Your morning help with breakfast was amazing!! She took pride in her work, everything was fresh, stocked and was there to help when someone needed assistance!! Keep up the amazing job here!!!

I can’t even say anything bad regarding this stay, it was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

we had to depart early, 4:15 am, to drop a member of our family at the Milwaukee airport. The kitchen staff set aside bagels and yogurt for us and the desk clerk retrieved the from the kitchen. Thanks to them we all had some early morning food to sustain us till a mid-morning snack during our travels back to Michigan.

The location was close to the interstate which was good for us. The breakfast was ok, just missed bacon. The rooms are pretty soundproof, you can hear some noise but not a lot. However, the light coming around the door was excessive.

There's a big cobweb by the headboard of the bed by the window.

Breakfast was good. Excellent location to family in the area. Always a nice place ... clean, restful and a pleasure to stay at. Hotel should partner with the restaraunt in Delafield called Zin. A great dining experience that would benefit the hotel guests. Hotel is also close to shopping for those items you might need when traveling in the area.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and accommodated my business needs, as well. Staff were excellent, as well. Exceeded my expectations. Had to leave early so was not able to take advantage of the breakfast, but it appeared to have several options with a large eating area. Thank you!

Breakfast was fine. Location was excellent--was attending a family event about 2 mi. away.

Communication. Received e-mail (from Booking.com) that said due to changing reservation , I had to pay $ or the reservation would be cancelled. This e-mail was received weeks after I stayed at La Quinta as originally scheduled and having paid for room in advance.

Very clean and comfortable stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and nice location as well as very friendly staff

Can’t complain about anything

The breakfast was great, pool hot tub was nice! Like that they had doggy treats available in lobby at all times and had poop bags available at the doors.

We booked a Double Queen Room, when got there was told those rooms weren't available!! We were "upgraded" to a Mini King Suite instead which was ok but would've rather had what we booked and reserved instead
