This is a great hotel! The hotel is clean, feels safe, and is generally quiet. Finding a parking spot is a breeze. There are plenty of parking spots. We were able to park close to our room. The front desk staff is kind and helpful. I did not see any vending machines but they do have a small market/pantry where you can purchase snacks. Breakfast is great - a good variety of carbs and proteins along with plenty of seating. The room itself is spacious. I love having a seating/sofa area where I could read my book and enjoy my morning coffee quietly as my partner snoozed. The TV swivels so that you can watch from either the seating area or the bedroom area. There are a ton of outlets and USB plugs. The bathroom is spacious. The shower has large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the wall. I still don't understand the trend of no shower doors (you walk into the shower and there is a "half door") but somehow, I managed to not soak the rest of the bathroom after my showers. There were plenty of towels for 2 people. The refrigerator is large! Great place!

This complaint is so petty that I hesitate to post it - I only wish there had been more coffee creamers available and better coffee. Other than that, exceptional hotel!

Our stay was wonderful! It was peaceful and quiet, a warm fire in the lobby, beautiful building, pretty landscaping, and the golf course out front was so picturesque. Breakfast was so delicious, lots of options (healthy grains and proteins, but also the sweet treats), and the coffee was even amazing! We chose a room with a kitchen and it was well stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed in our room wasn't terrible. The toilet in our room wasn't quite clogged, but drained very slowly. We asked the front desk for help and they were able to fix the problem right away. Throughout our stay the guest services were top notch. The pool was perfect for our kids. Our stay was so comfortable! 10/10!

The pool was rather chilly. The kids didn't mind one bit, but it was a struggle for mom and dad.

UNBELIEVABLY BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! Every single room is a suit with brand new dishwasher, microwave, big fridge, couch, huge desk, bistro table, and a vanity area. The place was immaculately clean, so so so quiet, and felt like a home away from home. The building is GORGEOUS. It feels like a 5 star ski resort (i'm from Lake Tahoe so this is accurate) There are multiple bars and restaurants on the property, which is a hotel, apartments, and a golf course/country club. I will stay outside the city just so I can come back to this place.

Every staff member was so friendly and accommodating! Even the cleaning lady asked us if we needed anything extra for our room. Breakfast was also great and loved the view of the golf course. The complete kitchen was really nice with silverware, pans, plates, cups, etc. This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The pillows were not that comfortable. Would have liked them fluffier.

It was exceptionally clean and the staff was very nice. I had a great experience after my dog, who wasn’t feeling well, had an accident. I was worried about the carpet & a maintenance person went out of his way & came down & helped me. He was so very nice & said it was okay & not to worry. We felt bad but everyone was great. Loved walking the grounds & having some outdoor space. Breakfast was great!

I thought the room was super nice and spacious! I loved the kitchen, couch, and the fact that the tv could swivel based on if you wanted to watch in bed or on the couch. The shower was nice as well.

The lighting wasn’t the best at night/early morning. I found it hard to do my makeup in the bathroom because it was so dim. The bed sheets weren’t as soft as I would have liked.

Cleanliness exceptional. The room and bed were so accommodating and comfortable. The view was wonderful. We enjoyed the happy hour and the bartender was super friendly and did an excellent job.

When checking out, the staff member sos not seem in a good mood. I did not like the way he spoke with me..

Generally the hotel is clean, but there were areas, like the trash can in front of the elevators that was full often during our stay (not a great first impression) not sure how often the hallways and main areas of the rooms are vacuumed as they had visible dust balls.

The breakfast was okay. The food was hot. The pool was great and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Breakfast meat was only pork so we were limited since we don’t eat pork. I wish there was a turkey or chicken option for sausage. Housekeeping never came to our room so I had to go to the front desk to request more towels. Other than that it was a good experience.

Very nice, quiet property overlooking a golf course. Hotel was pretty quiet. The pool water was comfortable in the pool room was very warm so you didn’t freeze during the winter months.

Can be a little tricky to get in and out of the property if you don’t know your way around.
