Excellent location and the facilities were well maintained. Check in was quick and parking close to room was excellent. Room was very clean and well stocked. We've stayed at the Country Inn in Pleasant Prairie before and Brookfield was by far the best stay we have had. We've traveled around the state for mini vacations and this was the best stay we've had from all the different hotels/motels we've stayed at.

Overall nothing to dislike other than selections at continental breakfast was slim. Eggs and sausage were good but oatmeal was quite unappealing. Cereal in dispenser tasted slightly stale but make you own waffles was a nice feature.

It was our first time arriving with just myself and my 2 year old twins, so i was quite nervous checking myself. I was greeted with helping hands as soon as the doors opened. The front desk staff was outstanding! The young women checked me in right away as another gentleman asked permission to give to give our girls a cookie. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes! When we were finished, the gentleman asked if i needed assistance getting our luggage to our room. Hands down the best experience I've had. I can't thank them enough for offering so much assistance right from the start!

Room was big and comfortable. Possibly the best complimentary hotel breakfast I've ever had (and I've had a lot). A third of the price of the hotel we had canceled in downtown Milwaukee but just as nice. Near Melting Pot which was amazing. The cookies at the front desk are really good too. Pool was open until midnight for adults and looked really nice. Wish we brought our swimsuits. Makeup lighting in the bathroom was great.

The alarm clock was still set from the previous person, I guess we should have checked that. Also the entrance was easy to miss and I had to make a U turn, and the cookies were only available in the afternoon/early evening so we only got to have them when we checked in. So really nothing the hotel did wrong just stuff I wish I knew ahead of time.

Good location. It was easy in and out from moorland road. Breakfast was pretty good. I appreciated that there was oatmeal and an egg dish. I appreciated the cookies out when I checked in Although I didn’t use it because of my schedule, the pool area looked nice. The fitness area was small but adequate.

I was given a room on the top floor the furthest away from the entrance. It was suggested it would be shorter to park around the back and use that entrance and elevator. As an over 70 female traveling alone, I did not feel comfortable parking around the back when I was going to be coming back after dark. I felt it was safer to park in front which was a very long walk.

Over all great size room and location in the hotel, just a hop skip and jump away from our car. Super clean room, I don't think I've ever stayed in a room so clean before. And it smelled beautiful in the hall ways, but the room even better, you can tell instantly that the room was cleaned with hospital grade cleaning. Price was a deal as well, we stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again for future stays.

This is a Great Hotel. The staff is attentive. My room was very nice- refrigerator & microwave! And the location affords access to highway to Downtown MKE, and many restaurants within 2 miles.

The whirlpool needs to be fixed. While warm, it doesn't have jets that "Whirl Pool." Think warm tub- no jets. I've been here 3 times now, and it happens every visit. You think they have the money to fix it. The Whirlpool is the main feature for me of the property.

A very nice & quiet hotel in south Brookfield, located quite good to easily reach places in the greater Waukesha & Milwaukee area. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was okay and enough to fill you up... All for a fair price. I recommend this nice hotel. The Sports Bar Champps is basically in the same building, so that is convenient.

The air conditioning in the breakfast room was way too cold.

Absolutely perfect location. Super close to everything. There's even a couple restaurants and a coffee shop within 4 minutes walking distance! Second time staying here and will stay here every time we travel to Milwaukee!

Only a couple things I didn't like. Our king bed only had 2 tiny square pillows so we had to ask for extras. And there's what looks like extra curtains to keep it dark in the room but they're literally like a foot wide and didn't add any extra darkness

We traveled for a family wedding and the location was great for the wedding venue, along with being very close to shopping and restaurants. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We used the text message we received from the hotel to check out instead of having to go to the desk, which worked great. However, the hotel was supposed to email a receipt to us and we have never received one.

The breakfast was good and the jacuzzi tub in the room was a lovely addition to our king suite!

The only part that was a dislike during our stay was the amount of kids/teens running up and down the hall and it smelt like marijuana in rooms in our hall way.
