Got the room just to sleep in after family visit in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was older and not remodeled, but everything worked fine. The hot tub was nice. The staff person told us to park around back, and it was easy access to our room from there.

I did the "self" check-in on-line the day before, so I expected to just pick up the key. The staff person couldn't seem to find my reservation and asked for the reservation number. I usually have it, but my email wouldn't come up on my phone. I got texts but they didn't have the reservation number. But the person straightened it out and I got the room key. He was polite.

One level, no steps for first floor, move-in cart provided. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bright, welcoming front entry and comfortable, well-lit room. Breakfast was a surprise, very adequate and delicious.

One small negative: On a busy morning, one or two more tables for breakfast seating would be more comfortable.

The staff was helpful when I could not access the internet. There are restaurants close to the hotel.

It looked like the stairs had not been vaccumed in awhile. We requested a wake up call and only received it one time. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, but that was not something that was important to us.

Easy access to facility. Check in and out was quick and efficient. I indicated no room service was necessary for my stay. Staff asked even towels, which I indicated would not be needed. I will say all towels and wash cloth's were very soft and appeared to be very new.

Not a real didn't like, but power went out the last evening for a few hours which was no fault of facility. I know another motel lost power about 12 miles away as well.

Enjoyed the bed. It was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom would start and stop. Leaving the mirror and bathroom humid and steamy. Otherwise was a great experience

The breakfast was a pleasant and tasty surprise. My overall experience was one with very pleasant accommodations. I will be back for another stay.

So many negative reviews….NOT our experience at all….Liv and Tim were very welcoming and helpful….this is an older hotel, but is still great…we traveled for a wedding and would definitely stay here again! Great staff is hard to find (especially now a days!!) Be kind as those who are still in this business have to deal with negative feedback from miserable individuals who love to write bad reviews…still they show up and greet you with a smile! As far as the breakfast complaints…hard boiled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, toast…all the standards you would expect at a hotel….if people are looking for a plate of bacon, eggs and sausage then go to a restaurant and pay for a meal! Hotels are struggling as is…they are doing their best! THANKS AGAIN LIV & TIM…you guys are Awesome!

Have nothing bad to say…again older hotel, but I can’t hold that against them…that just means they survived and stayed open over these last few crazy years!!

Location was good for our needs. Close to several restaurants.

Lack of maid service (there wasn't any offered), no trash emptied. Often trash cans in the hallway that no one picked up.

Loved the Suite room with large tub and couch. Handicapped bathroom in second room was very large. Rooms had been recently redecorated & looked nice. Woman at the desk when we checked in was very helpful & pleasant.

Breakfast choices were very slim.
