All in all, my 4 night stay was very good. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and respected my privacy. The room was spacious and the bathroom very clean and spacious.

Not adequate handicap parking spaces. The room did not have USB charging outlets. There were MANY guests attending a wedding Saturday, and these guests did not comply with the "quiet time" of the facility.

We were in town for a show at the Fireside Dinner Theater and will definitely stay here again. The room was exceptionally clean, which is really important to us. The bed was very comfortable, that made it easy for us to get a great night sleep. Also the complementary breakfast was amazing! One of the best we have ever had. Kelly was working the breakfast and it was a busy morning with lots of guests, but she kept everything filled. She did a fantastic job!

There wasn't anything we found that wasn't to our liking.

Bed was comfortable and pillows and bedding were nice. Room felt close to new. Good lighting and nicely furnished.

Only thing that could have been better is more healthy options for breakfast. One choice for yogurt and was bland. Oatmeal was instant, while comparable places are serving ready made with fresh fruits. Canceled my upcoming reservation and trying a different motel for my next visit.

The rooms were clean and kept. Our first room smelled funny, so they moved us immediately and while we waited the manager came up to figure out why. They were on it and getting it taken care of. The breakfast was amazing compared to the normal oatmeal, scrambled eggs and sausage. There were breakfast burrito fixings, quiche, good sausage and bacon, and very attentive women serving and clearing. We were very pleased overall, and my husband is a Hilton Honors guy, so he’s picky.

Breakfast had many selections and the ones we chose were all delicious.

I picked this hotel over others because it had a bar, however, the bar was not open. They should list that on their website. Also, the beds were a little too had. Need a topper.

I love this hotel! Brenda the front desk lady is amazing. She helps me all the way all the time. She does fantastic job. The hotel serves great foods. Love the room and all the amenities. Great price too! The hotel is close to the famous bar of Fort88 and they do have great foods too! Best of the best hands down.

Just wish the rates can be lower. And that is all.

We liked that it was clean, and the Breakfast buffet was Great. The staff were friendly as well.

The flashing light coming from the Smoke alarm, it is very bright when you are trying to fall asleep. And another dislike would be that there are no books in the room for Local Retail/Restaurants in the area to try while staying in the area.

Location bonus. All the amenities are very nice. The atmosphere of the hotel is inviting plus the breakfast served is top-notch. This was my third time at this particular location. Will travel there again in the future. Never disappoints!

It was quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable, tv was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Little laundry area, workout room, and pool area were great to have.

Like most hotels wear starts to show behind the bathroom door. Little paint shipping on bottom of door but it was very clean and well equipped.

Beautiful property. By accident I booked this hotel thinking it was next door to the Fireside Theater. No worries. What a lovely, clean and amazing stay!
