The young lady who checked me in was very nice and accommodating. She made me feel very welcome, which is a nice feeling. I was surprised by how new and modern the place is given the good price I paid. I am used to much less for more money when traveling, so getting an exceptional deal (meaning value for cost) is a real treat. The room was big, clean and comfortable.

There was nothing I did not like. I thought the breakfast was fine, but not great. They had few hot items and some items ran out. However, I rarely get breakfast when I stay at a hotel so it was still a treat to me. The location was good, but not really close to anything. That said, there are very few places to stay in the Lake Mills-Jefferson area so I was happy to find anything, and this place turned out to be very nice.

New ,clean, modern, inviting lobby. Breakfast included which featured 3 hot items each day along with make your waffle, hot and cold cereal, toast, and yogurt, a machine with coffee, lattes, mochas, and hot chocolate. Computers in lobby area. Lots of couches for sitting. We didn't use the exercise room or pool but both were clean and easy to access from the lobby. We did not hear any noises from floor above or beside us.They also allow pets with an extra $50 payment.

The mattress was not comfortable and we felt $250 a night was too high, but this is the best hotel in this area. This would not stop me from recommending.

Breakfast has a super neat instant coffee maker. Where you can select what type of coffee you want to brew in about 1 min. The selection of food is like your typical breakfast included hotels . Which I felt was slightly above the rest.

Knowing more about booking the room to insure the best value. ( rate) I was told afterwards. By going directly through the Best Westerns website, I was told , you increase your chances of finding the lowest room rate. Being a Rewards Member goes without saying . If BW isn’t running any promos . Just look at your smart phone too see what other ‘booking agents sites’ have a better deal on room rates . Booking right at the front desk, which I found sort of odd, especially on a off day, can have the highest room rate . So check BW website first…. before booking a room . I was told this information upon checking out.

Jose, the manager, was excellent and accommodating! My plans with my move fell thru twice for my move in date and he made rebooking my room so simple so I didn't have to change rooms. Being disabled, i really loved the large bathroom also!! It allowed me to relax in a hot shower!! All the associates were awesome, as well, not just jose!!

Easy easy to get to, clean, room was nice. The bed was really comfortable.

Only one type of pillow choice since pillows were all the same and was not comfortable. Motels today have the same type of covering over the bed. It’s extremely hot so you have to turn the air conditioning way up in order to use theirs. I think this is odd and always have to bring my own light weight blanket so I can sleep comfortably.

Rooms were spotless and super quite-didn't hear a sound all night. The hot breakfast in the morning was exceptional-can't get any better than this. We would defiantly stay here again if in the area.

Pool was on the chilly side when we felt of it but we were so tired after our day we didn't use it anyway. Wish it had a hot tub.

The breakfast always seems to be better than other free breakfasts hotels . The breakfast area is very nice . Open, comfortable. The location is very convenient and easy to get to . Without being at a noisy intersection. Highly recommended!

For location and brand new amenities the hotel can’t be beat ! I will stay here again for whenever taking photographs because the staff is great . The hotel is very clean !

Nothing really . They appear to have worked out all the kinks a while back The place is too new to have issues already .

Brand new location . In a excellent spot next to a new BP gas station . Very convenient location. Super nice staff Will stay again!

Not really anything to talk about . The hotel does what it is supposed to do. I have no faults with the place . Why I am staying there again .

This was our 3 stay at this location. Room was exceptional with no complaints. We had little contact with the staff, but upon check in, the staff was friendly and considerate. We did not eat the included breakfast as we had family plans.

We have no suggestions on what to make the accommodations better.
