Staff was absolutely above exceptional..Helped w bags S I'm old&!!following my AAA directions to return to I94 (10 mi) was confusing via names roads & streets.. 2 of staff conferred, 1 offered to drive ahead to get me on freeway..super help The hotel is located near many types of Eateries..i liked the chinese dragon- hotel a very good value if price is important, bed good, quiet too.

1Not really a priblem but a nice , cheap upgrade.would like 1 more lite in room,near bed 2.detachable shower head would be help for older person standing in tub, no handrails.

The "inn keeper" was very helpful with the many questions we had about the town. He advised that he had just purchased the Inn, so we are sure that he has not done all he wants to do to upgrade the rooms. It was quiet and close to all the places we had to go.

There is a need for new bedding and linens.

We were able to check in early. Once we were settled we realized the air conditioner was not working properly. When we were leaving for the reception we mentioned it to the check in staff and he said they will look at it right away and if it couldn’t be fixed - we could have a new room. Which was exactly what happened. Wonderful management staff . I will definitely stay again

I must commend the staff at the Heritage Inn , you always make me feel welcome. The couple who Manage the day to day activities are wonderful..They both do a superb job....Cant wait to book my next stay with your facility. Best Regards CTB

-The doors to rooms are hard to close. - many outlets either are loose ore not working. -phones in facility are in operable -some rooms have no working exhaust fans.

Very clean property, everything in working order and room itself was spacious …provided 2 bottles of water and 2 snacks was a very nice touch!

The mattress would slide sitting on the side of the bed and had to move it back to position , but otherwise comfortable

The jacuzzi was a blast, and I appreciate getting free water and chips without even having to ask. There was plenty of channels on the tv and place was very clean.

I do wish the bed was more comfortable it was quite stiff.

Placing of outlets in room to charge phones and plug in oxygen. And they accept cats not just "dogs as almost every other says pet friendly hotel will say"

No elevator for disabled. But have 1st floor rooms available upon request.

Everything was great! The staff is so friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Smoking in the entry way. The owner has mad a nice area in the back of the hotel for smokers, but for some reason the other guest had to sit right in the entry way smoking.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and they had 24 hr check in.

Although it said non-smoking our room had a slight odor of smoke. Since we were staying only for about 8 hours just to sleep it wasn’t bad. Outside it says no smoking within 25 feet of entrance but 3 people were smoking and sitting on a bench right outside the door as we walked to a coffee shop for breakfast.

The building was well maintained, cozy, and within walking distance to main street. Staff were friendly and welcoming

The mattresses were pretty outdated, like an 80s coil spring. And I dislike even saying anything about it because I liked this place
