The nicest staff anywhere! We were there for a week and they were wonderful every day. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was so spacious- the 3 of us had plenty of room to do whatever.

There was no down side to this trip. We really enjoyed our visit.

It was in a great area. I liked the availability of coffee at all hours. The breakfast in the morning was good. I felt like we were in a safe area.

One of my pillows was staying. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming. The room had a musty smell to it. In the bed was very uncomfortable.

Breakfast ok, Do not like the fake eggs! Plus could only access the last day because opens at 6am & leave at 5am. Would have liked a better rate. Found out I could get a better rate, not going with Booking.com and booking with them directly.

bed very old and uncomfortable. Price came in higher than we thought. advertised for $120.00 for two queen we paid $397.00 for two nights. was not worth the fee paid. another couple booked through the hotel itself and got a fee reduction. I could not as I booked through booking. in future will not use booking. com. Also unable to take any adult cocktails into hot tub area.

The breakfast is always good. I would like more bakery like danish. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are squishy good

We can never figure out how to work the tv. Maybe instructions could be provided and a guide

I appreciated the clean rm & warm pool.

The mattress pad is too sm on the queen bed & laying on the seam is extremely uncomfortable on your body. The 2nd day in the morning the pool was over chlorinated.

It was convenient. Nice pool was open until 11. Breakfast was great. The staff was helpful in explaining the amenities.

The highway noise was loud- unpreventable when you are near a highway.

Breakfast was fine, the breakfast lady was very good, friendly and nice. The location of the inn was perfect. Close to our family affair and the fabulous Horicon Marsh. Our check-in person dug around until she found some extra information for me. Loved having coffee/tea available any time. The inside balcony was a nice place to sit. We loved our room with a spa tub and an outside balcony for sitting in the sun.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Property was clean and peaceful. My kids loved the pool slide. Breakfast was great for a quick bite.

Rooms were good but didn't match the ambiance of the hotel lobby. They seemed outdated and very dark. Beds could have used a thicker comforter.
