It was easy to find and quiet, comfortable and clean.

There was no refill of cookies at the time we arrived (4:30pm). The juice machine at breakfast was out of order, there was a lack of attendant to keep items refilled during the breakfast hours. No coffee except at the lobby. The staff was working the front desk, cleaning the rooms and in between would help with breakfast!

The location was easy to get too and quiet considering it was close to the expressway. Loved the store and breakfast items served. The room was very spacious and clean. I greatly appreciated the front desk staff that checked me in and settled my nerves after an unpleasant email.

The morning of our arrival, I received an email stating the hotel attempted to charge my credit card for my stay. I had a free cancellation and pay at the hotel option with my reservation. My email came with a threat of losing my room if I did not pay immediately. I drove up earlier to ensure I didn't lose my room. The hotel should adhere to the reservation stipulations agreed to upon booking the room on Booking.com.

Front desk very accommodating when she couldn't find our reservation through you. She found us another room (upgrade) and matched the price. Later her manager helped find the issue with finding reservation. Evidently had been having a few issues, so hopefully resolved now.

Carpet in bedroom was dirty and worn. Room otherwise clean.

We do not eat breakfast, but the beds were very comfortable. We slept very well. There was no noise from other rooms or outside that was annoying.

The smell in the elevator….and in the room when we first got there - bleach smell or something very strong. I bought some air freshener for the room so that helped a lot, but the elevator was smelly the whole time we were there. I also noticed the same smell from the cleaning ladies carts.

Liz who I think was /is the manager was absolutely wonderful! She was always ready to help!

Very clean and updated. Comfortable accommodations at a very good price. Decent hot breakfast every morning.

I wish the bathroom towels were better. We only got 2 of them and they were pretty tiny.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Large suite for very affordable price and extremely comfortable beds! Housekeeping was very kind as well and always asked if we needed anything whenever we met in the halls!

There was a train across the highway that went through 2 of the 3 nights around 9 blasting their horn a couple times but it's obviously not something that the hotel has any control over.

Everything. We travel at least once a month and this is the best hotel we have stayed at.. The shower was very hot for a long time, the bed was great, it was very clean and very cute.

We got a free upgrade to a suite, so our room was spacious. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfy. Hot tub worked great and was spacious and deep. Breakfast was great. Had make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and lots of other non hot items.

The vent on the floor in the pool area had all kinds of stains that were really gross. It looked like squished dead bugs without the bug bodies.

It was quick and easy to check in. The staff were friendly and it was a great location. The breakfast offered exceeded my expectations.

The room and bathroom were not as clean as they could be. Nothing too glaringly obvious but could use a really, thorough deep clean in the bathroom and floors.
