We stayed 5 nights and had no trouble with late checkin. Breakfast was great with excellent options for the whole family. But we didn't understand why you needed a ticket each day.They were generous with whatever I needed at the front desk, even allowing me to borrow their scotch tape to wrap a gift.

We never got maid service. After 3 days I asked and found out it was by request. It would have helped if we had a tag to put on door handle to indicate we needed towels etc.

Very Nice, From the Room to the Pool Area, Very Nice Atrium, Service was 1,2,3, at the Front Desk, Had Drinks and Dinner in the Restraunt, Drinks and Dinner were All Around EXCELLANT, as with the Service,....Had the Breakfast Buffet in the Morning and Was Plentiful and Very Good... I was Impressed with Every Aspect of being a Customer at Your Motel... Will Return....Forsure..🤗🇺🇸

Great location. AC in the room was perfect. Good selection of cable channels. Water pressure was really good in the shower.

The bed wasn't as comfy as our past visits to this same location which was surprising as we based our home mattress purchase a couple of years ago off of the beds at the Radisson. The half used lotion in the bathroom wasn't a normal occurrence.

The location was great, the room was lovely and clean, a great size as well. I also had the complementary breakfast which was lovely and ate dinner in the restaurant which was also very nice.

My room had a view of the pool which was nice except on the Saturday when all I heard from early morning until late night was kids screaming and shouting and parents yelling. I dont think the pool facilities should be open untill 11pm , especially when there are rooms that face it.

meals are good; the gentleman who oversees the breakfast buffet on the weekends is great. He greets everyone, is very pleasant and attentive to his customers.

The bathtub is slippery when taking a shower. It doesn't feel very safe when you are an older guest. Would like the option to use a bathmat.

As a lone female traveller the hotel makes me feel safe, the location is great, the staff are always friendly and it is comfortable. This is my second time staying here.

There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel, everything was really great.

So happy to find a pet friendly hotel that is actually a very nice place (not a dive). All the staff with whom we interacted were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Two free drink tickets with each night's stay, 10% off our dinner in their restaurant, and the food was good. Breakfast was an above average hotel buffet breakfast, and the gentleman manning the buffet could not have been nicer.

I waited about 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. She apparently needed to eat. She was dressed in an extremely low-cut shirt that exposed A LOT of cleavage. I was not impressed and rather uncomfortable.
