The in suite spa was very nice and helped to relax after a very stressful day. The addition of a couch to relax on was also a nice plus. As it was a weekday, there wasn't a lot of noise from other guests.

while most of the room was clean, there was a few things like the bathroom fan cover and the cabinetry under the sink looked like they hadn't gotten a proper clean in quite some time. The prices in the "game room" were also a little high for retro games.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing luxurious but it provided exactly what I needed. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The fitness room was small but the equipment was nice. Checking in and out was fast and easy.

It would be nice if convenience store items could be charged to the room versus having to pay with cash or card. I also wished the room darkening curtains could have been closed completely instead of just blocking a bit of light on either side of the window.

The room was very spacious & comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast had the options we like.

The 5 pillows on the bed were arranged into squares in the pillow cases. We like relatively flat pillows. So, we ‘undid’ all 5 pillows to discover that all the pillows were very thick. However, my husband went to the front desk and was able to get 2 ‘flat’ pillows that worked well for us.

The hotel was close to the event we were in the area to attend. Breakfast was well stocked and good food.

The pool did not look very clean. The kiddie pool looked brown and the other looked like algae on the bottom. We didn't really have time to use it but if a family was planning to it would be a disappointment.

Breakfast location excellent and the size was excellent. Assortment of different items was great.

Only problem we dealt with both mornings was hot foods go rapidly and it took too long to replace. I think more help in the back preparing the hot items would be very helpful in solving the issue. Everything else was great.

The staff was super friendly and fun, breakfast was delicious, it was located right next to Takiza, the game room and pool were a blast, and liked havinf access to laundry. The staff was super helpful with extending our stay as well

The room were very nice. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was outstanding. The selection was wonderful.

There were really oily finger prints on the head board right in the middle of it. And the pillows on the coach had some dried up food particals on them and stains. I left them face up on the ottomans for the cleaning people to see.

When we walked on Friday night, the young man behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. The place also smelt so good. Only one thing they could have taken out the fake poinsettia. But other thank that it was amazing.

Quality of the room was awesome. Hot breakfast for daughter before volleyball tournament was excellent with quality eggs and sausage plus all the other expected items

Not sure why hotels don't have night lights in bathrooms? Stumbling into things is never fun in the middle of the night!

The Breakfast was excellent. Nice selection of food and clean dining room. Helpful checkin personnel.

I am a member of AARP and upon advance registration they would not honor my discount. Upon check in asked about discount and was told they do not set prices. Checked with internet and you advertise they honor AARP discount. What is the problem, advance personnel not trained? Location is fine except having to go through the round a bouts. I was a General sales manager for a division of a fortune 100 company-have stayed at many motels/hotels.
